My daughter asked for a mango tea the one with the milk and popping boba. Instead was given mango black tea boba. When she asked for the correct drink The person working the counter stated that she Didn’t order that drink and that she ordered the black tea. My daughter doesn’t drink black tea wouldn’t have ordered the black tea like she’s 12 that’s not something she would’ve done so when I went up to the counter to ask what the problem is, she said there’s no refund no changes so that I’m not asking for an exchange I’m asking for the correct drink to be made for my daughter and she said there’s nothing she can do. This is what she ordered. Continuing to say that this is what my daughter ordered. Customer service severely lacking. When a mistake is made, it’s understandable, but you don’t double down and deny that what the person ordered was not what they ordered. It’s not like she wanted a refund or an exchange she simply wanted the correct drink. The most upsetting part for my daughter is to basically be accused of lying about her...

Grew up drinking high quality and low quality boba tea. Disappointed to say the Taro Milk Tea was some of the worst ever had. I’m sorry. The first sip was immediately grainy—which is a huge indicator for low quality ingredients and/or lack of commitment. After losing interest in the drink, we noticed the graininess/powder floated to the top—another flag. Good/high quality boba does not do this. Tapioca was very bland.

I recently visited Infuzion Bubble Tea Bar and had a great experience. The drinks were refreshing and flavorful, with a good variety to choose from.
