Chicken Headz — Restaurant in Texas

I should start by saying I’ve only been to the Food Zone location once, but I had the chicken sliders (Houston Heat spice) with fries for about $19. I was skeptical of the price at first, but the service was excellent—fast and friendly—and the kitchen looked clean and well-kept.

The food was absolutely delicious. Both the chicken and the fries were perfectly crispy, with a generous kick of spice. The buns were fresh, buttery, and topped with an amazing sauce that tied everything together.

My only complaint is the inconsistent hours. The times listed on the truck and online don’t seem to match when they’re actually open. Ever since that first visit, I’ve been craving it and have gone back several times, only to find them closed. Still, the food is so good, I’d stop by 100 more times just to try...

Food is absolutely delicious and always hits the spot. Price is pretty steep though and the portion sizes seem to get smaller and smaller, but the food you get is consistently delicious.

The biggest problem is that the place is never open, 4 times I’ve gone there in the past 2 months during their “Open” hours and only once has the place actually been open. Awful: service, accommodation, missing items Great: food flavor and taste.

Super rude staff, was told to "hurry up" when placing my order, wasn't "allowed" to order just Mac and cheese for my 1 year old. Wasn't given drinks for my food. Cashier did not offer a single pleasantry throughout the entire experience.
