I use to love coming here until recently, I don't know whats changed but I have came in about 4 times in the last week or so around night
They have a new waiter who just types on her phones instead of waiting her tables, we where left with no refills, she never came and checked our table once, or asked us if everything was ok, we had to flag her down or get up and walk to her to get a refill...
then the food, somethings happened to the food I have came to love at kirby's, I ordered a Full biscuits and gravy, which normally comes with two full biscuits and gravy over it, instead of putting two biscuits on the plate they took one and cut it in half and put the other half to the left, the gravy tasted like it came out of a can, same with the sausage just nothing tasted fresh.
I really hope whatever has changed will un-change and the waiter that kept waiting our table will get off her phone and actually wait the tables shes in charge of... For now I'll be avoiding kirby's until the issues i'm...

As for the burgers...cooked nearly perfect. Extremely flavorful, and can tell the meat is locally produced, not store bought. Would highly recommend stopping in for a great...

Waffle was crispy yet soft in the middle. A bit too soft yet still delicious. Real butter ! ! Winner! Nice spot if you are in the area and the service is...
