HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE â AVOID THIS LOCATION! I have been going to this McDonald's on 124th (in the Kingsgate Mall (12440 NE 144th St, Kirkland, WA 98034,) for years because of its convenience, but after what happened on 2/15/2025, I will likely never return and instead drive a little farther to the Woodinville location. I sent my mom to pick up a simple order of three breakfast sandwiches, and she came home in tears because of how horribly she was treated. The staff rudely denied our paid order, even though I had paid and received a confirmation on my phone. My mom, determined to straighten it out, went back to the store with my phone as proofâonly to witness the same two older female employees screaming at another customer over an order mistake that was clearly the restaurantâs fault. Instead of apologizing or offering any kind of resolution, the rude and unprofessional 40â50-year-old worker with thin eyebrows glared at the customer and blamed the other customer for ordering "the wrong way," and refused to give her the hash brown. When my mom finally got their attention and showed proof of our order, they suddenly âfound itâ and acted as if it had been misplaced because she walked in instead of using the drive-thru. That is ridiculousâespecially considering that our food was sitting on the counter the entire time and it was pretty dead both times my mom was there. This kind of disrespectful, aggressive, and downright unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. If this crew thinks McDonald's food is made of gold, they need a reality check. Customers should never be treated like this, and management needs to step in immediately. If you value decent service, do yourself a favor and take your business to the McDonaldâs on 85th or in Woodinville. ZERO STARS if that were an option!    Read moreI would give ZERO stars to them if I could! I stopped for lunch yesterday early afternoon, and ordered a spicy chicken combo without tomatoes. I paid, and picked up my order and proceeded to park in front of the building because I was starving. To my surprise, they did put tomatoes in the sandwich (anyone makes a mistake at first I thought). I drove back around the drive through, and explained to them that I asked for not tomatoes on my sandwich cause I don't like tomatoes. I handed them the chicken sandwich, and they took it. They said they would fix it. They asked me to park in front of the building, and wait for the fresh sandwich I thought. The girl came out and handed me a bag with a sandwich inside, but to my surprise it was the same sandwich with the tomatoes still in it! I drove back around through the drive through again for the 3rd time, and told them they gave me the same sandwich and explained to them that I don't eat tomatoes. They took the sandwich inside, and didn't say a thing. A minute later the girl came out, and handed me the same sandwich without the tomatoe slices, but with lots of tomatoe seeds inside it.

The manager came out, and explained the whole story, but I just wanted my refund at this time, so I left hungry and frustrated. What a waste of time, and I'm never coming back...

Girl working the window handling food wiped her nose with the back of her hand and didn't stop to wash her hands . Was told my food would take 3 minutes, nobody in line behind , waited 5 minutes, then somebody was behind me now they want me to pull around and park because my food was not ready so when I asked how much longer she said 1 minute, so I said I will just wait right here , so she went to get a manager, this kid comes to the window to say that if you are in the drive through and your order is going to take 15 seconds or longer you have to park and wait for them to bring it out to you !!!!! 15 seconds are you kidding me! !!!!! Then he says that if you don't move out of the drive through they will call the cops !!!!! Really. Never heard of that before. .... the problem with parking and waiting , is that they forget about you and start waiting on other customers., I have had to go in and get my stuff , when they were supposed to bring it to my car and they forgot about and let it sit on the counter.
