I visited this place on Sunday around 4 PM . When we arrived, the staff just looked at us without greeting or saying anything. Even after I mentioned that we were two people, there was still no response, so we ended up using the kiosk to place our order. When we arrived, there was only one take-out customer in the restaurant. but no one informed us that we had to order through the kiosk. We had to figure it out ourselves, and we weren’t even guided to a table at the beginning When our water arrived, one of the glasses looked noticeably off in color, so we didn’t drink it. Even though the restaurant was empty and we were the only customers, we were seated right at the entrance, which was uncomfortable as people constantly walked by. The cups were the same color, as you can see from the rim. I checked from different angles to see if it was just the lighting, but no matter how I looked at it, the water in the two cups was clearly different
Later, another couple came in, and the staff greeted them warmly, explained things, and let them sit anywhere they liked. The difference in service was disappointing and made the experience unpleasant overall I always tip in cash when I eat out, but this time I didn’t feel the service deserved it, so I chose not to
Based on the RGB analysis, the water in the cup is indeed yellowish, separate from the color of the cup itself. RGB Value Analysis R (Red): 219 G (Green): 216 B (Blue): 201 In the RGB color model, pure white is represented by a high value for all three components (e.g., R: 255, G: 255, B: 255). The colors of the cup's rim are close to pure white, with balanced R, G, and B values. However, the RGB values for the water show a significant imbalance. The Red (219) and Green (216) values are notably higher than the Blue (201) value. Since mixing red and green light creates yellow, this imbalance means the water is a yellowish color. This indicates that something has been added to the water to alter its color, as the cup itself...
Read moreGot food here 2 days ago on 10/20/2025 My experience was soured by bad customer service. We couldn't order online, both their website and Uber eats claimed they were too busy to accept online orders. We called in to place a phone order, were told they can't do that, and didn't have any feedback about the online ordering situation. I went to the restaurant to order and wait for the to go order. When I walked in the door the place was empty. Two employees were hanging out talking at the register. They gestured at me like I should leave after asking if I was picking up an order... But they weren't asking me to leave, they were pointing me at the computer screen kiosk by the door to order my own food. The ordering experience was fine, but my wife had written our order on a scrap of paper and it took me a while to scroll through the menu to find everything. If only I could have spoken to a person who was an expert in the menu and happy to take my order... Some sort of ... Waiter?
A woman came in ahead of a couple men to eat in the restaurant, she asked the host if they could move some tables together, his first reaction was to tell her to sit somewhere else. Then he stayed behind the counter while she struggled to move the tables. Hardly attentive service and not what i expect.
Environment/ambiance; the music was too loud, how old do I feel now? It just added to the feeling that I was interloping on the space of the host standing at the front counter trying to look busy (but not trying too hard)
The whole time we were the only customers I saw, and it didn't look like the kitchen was working hard, so I don't know why their online ordering was down because of too much business.
The food was fine, some was even good, but it was hit or miss. The gyosa had big chunks of onion that we didn't like. The spicy noodles were good, but the slice of pork belly was thinner than I'm used to from every other place I get it.
Service and atmosphere drags...
Read moreI recently visited this restaurant and had mixed feelings about my experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and I was very satisfied with the quality of the dishes. However, the overall experience was marred by a few issues that could have been handled better.
When we arrived, the restaurant was in the middle of a soft opening, and the queue system was quite confusing. Some people were ordering before getting in line, while others were waiting in line for their orders. We ended up in the middle of the queue, unsure of where we stood. After seeing someone skip the line and directly order, we thought we were in the wrong line and went to place our order. Unfortunately, a female-presenting staff member suddenly accused us of cutting in line. Even after we explained the situation, the guidance provided was not very clear or helpful.
Later, when we asked again about when we would be served, another staff member kindly gave us very detailed advice, which we appreciated. However, during our meal, our experience was further dampened by the same female-presenting staff member who didn’t prepare water for us as she did for other customers and ignored us three times when we requested water and the Wari soup, which was recommended on their menu. We eventually had to get our own water from the front desk. Despite this, she later had time to warmly chat with and serve other customers. This lack of attention made the dining experience less enjoyable and left us feeling overlooked.
In summary, while the food was excellent and deserving of praise, the service left much to be desired. I hope the restaurant can improve its customer service and queue management to match the quality...
