My food was fresh and delish. The kiosk was a great and easy experience. My dissatisfaction comes from the level of service. Wow, it was poor. Customers not being acknowledged and are made to wait until the workers feel like greeting them. I wasn't acknowledged until my food was ready. A man came in and stood at the register for over 20 minutes but even when he was serviced the it was poor. He ended up asking for a refund and they didn't even apologize or try to make things right. He asked who managed this location and they told him they didn't know and they have to look it up on the internet. Come to find out there were 2 managers on duty but they didn't reveal that to him. I guess people come to this location thinking it will give better service than the TB in the city. Wrong. Bad service does exist in Kirkwood. Lol. I will say this, they have a gentleman with special needs that works there and he did all he could to attend to the needs of that man while his other coworkers stood and did nothing. I applaud him and hope they are treating him well there. They have a handwritten sign for the employees hanging from their menu wall above the registers that says no cell phones on the floor. Well they can rip that down because the girl on drive thru with big pretty fake eyelashes was on hers. This is embarrassing for the service industry. Do Better! The kiosk had...
Read moreTaco Bell's food is okay and I do get an occasional craving. They're pretty consistent in their mediocrity so I really can't complain on that score. They are in no hurry. But again, it is always the same so my expectation is reasonable. The thing that bothers me is when a business gives mixed messages. There is a sign on their door saying that masks are required regardless of vaccination status. It has the county logo on it to give it an official appearance even though there is no current mask mandate. Then I go in and one employee has their mask around their chin. Another has it over only their mouth. The other two don't have a mask anywhere in sight. None of the customers are wearing masks because they are eating. I did see one gentleman put on his mask when he got up from the table but most did not. I'm not big on masks myself. All things told I would prefer not to wear one but I do when it is a matter of courtesy. I also respect a business's right to state the way they want their establishment to operate. But I don't like them to say one thing and do another. "The rules are for thee and not for me" set poorly with me. Beyond that it was business as usual. Yo quiero...
Read moreI placed my order and then went to the window to pay for the order. I gave the young lady the money, but she did NOT give me back my change, instead, she asked me to back up to the yellow post behind me. I did not see the reasin for this, but I did as she requested me to do. There was already one or two cars ar the ordering station to place their orders. As a result of me backing up...the line behind me started to back up. I sat there near the yellow post for at least 5 minutes and no one came to the window w/my order or my change. I started to honk my horn to get the young lady to come back...now the kine behind me was at least 3 and still no ine came to the window. I continued to periodically hink and finally moved back to the window and waited and honked. Finally the employee came to the window and said they were working in my order...I asked for my change and she gave it to me. Throughout all of this she was rather rude and unfriendly! In all, I must have waited at least 15 minutes for this order...very disappointed w/customer service here. Lately Taco Bell has not been a nice place to visit or...
