I was VERY disappointed with the lack of professionalism and interest in the jobs that these people have at this company and specifically this location. The young man that âservedâ us was extremely abrupt and borderline rude in his responses to our questions: our simple questions about what flavors they had...Only because this isnât the first time they seem to be out of normal flavors at the most unlikely times of the day, we asked if theyâre always out of chocolate chip. His response, âI donât know. Iâm new here.â No eye contact the entire time in the drive through. Talking and acting very lazy-like. Overall, looking very unprofessional.

   Read moreI was on the phone with a lady explaining how I had ordered a Uber eats and how heâs almost there (3 minutes till closing). She said that they âwere closed alreadyâ. I proceeded to ask how are you closed minutes before closing, to which she said the lobby was closed. I went to ask what time the lobby usually closes because then why would Uber accept my order ? To which, she hung up on me and the phone rang twice afterwards until they decided to pick up and replied that I can talk to a manager in the morning. The manager wonât do nothing for me and I want this to hit the DM to then notify the GMâŚto then have this review posted on the walls for all employees to be talked to. Yea I know a thing or two but so fix your customer service !! This is not acceptable and it did not have to end like that when I was being nice. Whoever that was that hung up, needs to be retrained.    Read moreI ordered at the drive thru. Scarlett, who helped me with the order and to who I paid didn't replied my "hello Scarlett, how are you?" (I read her name tag) but it's ok; I paid to her, then I wait until she shows up with the ice cream in a cup after I requested in a cone. I wait again and this time she gave me the ice cream "properly" served in the cone but the cone is missing the little piece of paper cone...no napkins and she wasn't wearing gloves either, in other words she just passed me the ice cream from her barehand to mine đ. I was so surprised and almost didn't believe it. I parked my car and I went inside and I requested a new ice cream. I expressed her my disappoinment with the situation because I can't believed what just happened. She didn't apologise, she just smiled and left. Another lady served a new ice cream for me.
