I was disrespected at this store. The night manager Miguel never asked us what type of drink we wanted at the speaker. At the window, he forgot to give it to us and we didn't notice we didn't have it until we left the window. Luckily, we were still in the parking lot. We drive around to the window as the car at the window drives off. We get to the window and tell Miguel he forgot our drink. He closes the window and come back with a random drink. IS THIS REALLY THE SECOND TIME YOU DIDN'T ASK OUR DRINK OF CHOICE? I needed to know why he decided to choose our drink for us. So, I asked... Can you believe Miguel made the accusation that I visit there often. Dude, I never come here or to Burger King. You don't know me. Again, why did you assume our drink of choice and never ask our drink of choice? Is there only one option? This dude goes on a rant about the area the Burger King is located, as if I asked him about the area. I cut him off after he got going. "Sir, are you the manager?" He replied happily, "yes, I am." Okay, you are handling this customer escalation all wrong. Why are you offending me intentionally? It's bad enough you don't have any Burgers. This dude shuts the window. Never corrected our drink. Never apologized about his mistake and was very combative. I didn't visit Burger King to be disrespected. I just wanted a Burger and I didn't even leave with that. If this dude isn't fired I'm going to the news. This is obviously the way Burger treats us in this area according to Miguel....
Read moreI have made an account JUST for the purpose of writing this review. I work third shift and sometimes go out during break to buy food. I thought Burger King would be perfect but upon arriving at their drive thru I was told they were closed. Ok, i thought, that’s fine. In the morning I went to get breakfast and asked what time they closed. The employee told me the drive-thru was 24/7. I was confused but i thought maybe that one night something must have happened. I come on another night just to be told the same thing, “we’re closed.” Huh.. okay Im done trying at night. I still love the original chicken sandwiches at Burger King though and this is the only one I know nearby. I went today March 7 at 10 pm and saw a line of cars piled in the drive through. The lights were on inside and the hours on google says it’s open until 12am so I decided to skip the line and go inside. Locked. Okay... ugh fine I’ll wait in line. Five cars.. THIRTY MINUTE WAIT. Okay... aggravated.. but maybe they’re just short-staffed.. I’ll overlook it. Oh yeah, the machine to take your order is broken so I have to wait to get to the window to give my order. It’s my turn, I pull up to the window. I get a cold stare and not one word. I say..”Can I have two original chicken sandwhiches please.” :) employee: “we don’t have original chicken sandwiches.” Bye Burger King. I’m done. Read moreIt was horrible. The gentleman who said his name is Victor was working tonight on 5/29/21 and when we arrived to the drive thru he asked us what we'd like to order. I asked for a second to decide and was not acknowledged at all after that for about 15 whole minutes. I kept saying hello, nothing. I kept asking if there was anyone there, nothing. There was only one car in front of us and when it left we drove up to the window assuming something must be wrong with the intercom. Again this gentleman totally ignored us at the window. I beeped my horn trying to get his attention, he ignored again and the window was slightly cracked so I know he can hear us. My husband frustrated got out of the car and knocked on the window. The gentleman came to the window and I asked him is everything ok and if the drive thru intercom is working since he just did not respond from the moment I asked for a second at the drive thru. He stated he did tell us that he would be right with us but that is not true at all. He said he was working alone and very sorry. But that does not explain not responding to us at all. I asked if we could place our order and he said no not at the window 😲😡 At this point my husband asked his name because he just continued to be rude and nonchalant.
