Jojoto Steakhouse Restaurant — Restaurant in Kissimmee

Visited the restaurant this past Sunday with family and friends. Food was good, but we felt cheated by the waiter... At the time we went to pay, she did not inform us (to her convenience) that the tip had already been included. Without knowing, we added an additional 18% tip ($30 dollars in addition to the $30 that had already been charged). When we noticed that the tip had already been charged after we had already paid, we mentioned it to the waiter and she simply replied saying "yo te dije" (I told you) when she clearly didn't. It was 5 of us and we all agreed that she did not mention anything about the tip being added. The waiter did not offer to cancel the transaction (to her convenience) and to process it again for the correct amount. We were very disappointed, felt cheated, and will not be going back...

UPDATED REVIEW: The place is not longer the same! Been faithful customers since their established food truck. The quality of the food has drastically decreased! Their specialty "picanha" has taken a turn for the worst; the flavor has changed! it has a transferred "flavor" from another source, bottom line this is how we got the steak the past 4 times! The yucca fries were once on point, not anymore! these are being fried in old oil! This is a total shame, we would visit every week, just decided this past visit we were not coming back, their prices aren't aligned with their food anymore! Cutting corners! Had to really think twice about updating the previous review, but customers need to be aware!!!

Excellence at best! Great food, delicious and freshly made. Great customer service, welcoming, wonderful food...

I’m not sure where in Venezuela these guys are from, but I ordered an arepa and received basically the stuffing. The actual arepa were a few fried cubes of harina pan. The carne mechada was so salty, that it was horrible. Definitely not a real arepa. When the waitress comes over she tells me that the arepa comes with a “sauce.” The sauce was actually ketchup and mayonnaise. The entire filling was drenched in these! There was no way to eat this horrible and overpriced food!! Also, by the time we arrived the chefs were gone.. however, it was not until after we had seated down for about 10 minutes and the waitress came over to take our drink order, that we were informed that we could not order anything from the back side of the menu… horrible service and...
