Worst servic i ever had in my life! I placed a order over the phone at 530 for a 755 delivery for a baseball game. 4 pizzas and cheese bread. The guy who took the order assured me it be there for 755 multiple times. Then at the end of the call the guys says mama we are super busy it will take 2 hours i then say its ok i need the food for 755 at the end of the game. I gave him my card number at least 7 times and he like it wont let me process it so i say ok i have cash i will pay with cash when u get here 623 before the game started someone was standing there with all the pizza. I said i am sorry what do you want me to do with this i have no where to keep it it will be freezing cold by 755. The driver said i sorry they told me just bring it. I called store waited on hold for 30 mins. NO ANSWER i paid the driver cause it wasn't his fault order pizza from another place returned to dominoes after the game for a refund for the manager to call me a liar! I said the call is recorded listen to the call then he said but we are all human. I arrived at the shop at 30 minutes thinking I am late but my order of two simple pizzas was not ready yet; just "5 more minutes". I went back to my car and waited another 10 minutes, and the order was "almost ready" according to these two associates packing up the orders. I stayed inside to wait. A young guy in the prep area received a phone call on his cell, and he handled the toppings without washing his hands after touching his phone. I was disgusted by it, but I figured my pizza was already in the oven...ha! Lies! The guy left to meet up someone somewhere and 5 mins later came back to the prep area without washing his hands AGAIN!!! 🤯 I couldn't believe he was doing this!!! While I understand that everyone has off days, it's important for employees, especially those in customer-facing roles, to maintain a level of personal hygiene that reflects the establishment's standards. I believe that addressing this issue could significantly enhance the customer experience.
On a positive note, the pizza I ordered was delicious, hot, and fresh, which is what I expect from Domino's. I appreciate the quality of the food, but I hope the management can address the concerns regarding employee hygiene to ensure that all aspects of the dining experience...
