This is a SCAM. REPEAT.....this is a SCAM!!!!! I paid $150 on March 19 for a trip in July. They sent an invoice that was accurate. Then, I called in May and spoke to someone named, "Reese." I told him I needed to add four (4) more people to my party and that dates, times, pickup, & drop locations were all the same. He seemed friendly and knowledgeable. He then ran my credit card, on May 31, for an additional $200. Next, I got another invoice with updated information that looked authentic. However, I noticed, a few weeks later, the second credit card charge said "Davenport School District." The previous charge, in March, said Port Canaveral. I tried MANY times, leading up to my vacation date, to call, e-mail, and text Port Canaveral Quick Shuttle. No answer to any calls or texts. Sometimes, the recording said I could not leave a voicemail. Other times, I was able to do so. I NEVER reached anyone, nor did anyone call back. I did, however, get returned e-mail that were generated automatically. Strangely, on the day before travel, the day of travel, and even on the day I need a ride back....I got messages with invoices.....SAYING THEY WERE WAITING ON PAYMENT. Are you kidding? Fortunately, my credit card company deactivated my card to protect me. Further, I had to call a Lyft both to and from the hotel to the ship.....which was more money spent. Shame on me as I did NOT read the reviews of "Port Canaveral Quick Shuttle" until it was too late. I expect a refund of $350 although I DOUBT I will get it. Read moreMy travel agent booked this shuttle service for us to get from our cruise to the airport. We ended up needing to get to a hotel so we had to cancel the shuttle.
The shuttle was scheduled for December 29 and I called on December 21 to cancel. At that time, the man who answered the phone said that there was no one who could issue the refund, but if I sent an e-mail, someone would be in on December 26 and they could issue the refund at that time.
I sent the first e-mail on December 21 after the phone call. I waited until the 26th and when I didn't hear anything, I forwarded my original e-mail with a note to ask again to please cancel the service for the 29th. I sent another e-mail on the 27th of December, since this would have been 48 hours before my booking. Again, no response.
Upon returning home, I went through the website and sent a comment again asking for the refund and letting them know about the e-mails I had sent. This was January 2nd and I still have not received a response.
I have also tried calling, as has my travel agent, and we have only received voicemail, though there are supposed to be agents 24 hours a day to take calls.
This company has stolen from me and will not acknowledge what they have done. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I only gave 1 star because the review would not allow me...
Read moreI wanted to like this company because the reservation process was easy via phone and gave me high hopes but it went downhill from there. We booked a round trip shuttle from Sanford airport to the cruise port and back again a few days later.
The first driver arrived 40 minutes late then had to stop for diesel and the first gas station didn’t have diesel (???) and so we passed 20 more gas stations and backtracked 30 minutes well off the route to stop at another gas station of her liking. Got to the port about an hour after anticipated arrival.
On the return we had a different driver who was way too talkative and couldn’t focus on DRIVING. He was so busy texting and snapchatting with his phone in his lap the entire way that he realized he had missed the exit to Sanford and was driving us to Orlando Intl. airport instead (we had told him several times we were going to SANFORD). Legit had his phone balanced on his leg or held to his ear the entire way. Not to mention the fact that he had no idea where he was going because he wasn’t using navigation. Also blew a stop sign at one point and I almost got T-boned on my side.
TLDR both drivers strayed well off the route and had to do U-turns as well as drove distracted. I added a star because we got to our destinations…. I’ll just rent a...
