I found your place by browsing on instagram and saw a flyer of a singer who was performing there yesterday night . I went to the singers page and also yours, and everything looked on point, so I decided to go and have a great night, enjoying good music in such a nice place.
Within 5 minutes I knew I had to leave. Upon my arrival 8:39 I was entering the door, were 3 couples smiled at me letting me pass because they were taking pictures by the entrance. No one came to me, this place is really small so I proceed to sit at the bar. 8:40 to 8:45 with me being the only customer at that time, NONE of the 6 people of the staff came to me to me to greet me or give me a menu, not even a smile, or a "well be right with you". I've been in the hospitality industry for 23 years now, and this is the first time I've confronted something like this. First thing is to greet and Acknowledge the presence of a customer, SIMPLE. I still have in my mind the (for me) disrespectful scenario. There were 2 people (blond female and a male) sitting in the table next to the kitchen using their computers, then a gray haired guy (I guess using/"working" on the POS) a guy teaching a server how to make coffee) a coffee that was for one of the other three people there, wich were part of the band. Then a kitchen worker opened the door and a second waitress in uniform came out and still NO ONE talked to me. The worst... While I was still waiting, (remember I went there to enjoy the singer performance in this nice place) I saw one of the two waitress (they were the only two in uniform) sitting, SITTING DOWN and chatting with this blond lady. Ofcourse I grabbed my purse and left. This is pathetic! I know my comment will not affect anything and I wish you the best, food on pictures and videos looked so good, and I'm sorry I couldn't enjoyed the experience. This behavior and LACK of training SUCKS.

Nadie vino a mĂ, este lugar es realmente pequeño, asĂ que procedo a sentarme en el bar. 8:40 a 8:45 siendo yo el Ășnico cliente en ese momento, NINGUNA de las 6 personas del personal vino a mĂ a saludarme o darme un menĂș, ni siquiera una sonrisa, o un "enseguida estamos con usted". Llevo 23 años en la industria hotelera y esta es la primera vez que me enfrento a algo asĂ. Lo primero es saludar y reconocer la presencia de un cliente, SIMPLE. TodavĂa tengo en mente el (para mĂ) escenario irrespetuoso. HabĂa 2 personas (una mujer rubia y un hombre) sentadas en la mesa al lado de la cocina usando sus computadoras, luego un chico de cabello gris (supongo que usando/"trabajando" en el POS) un chico enseñando a una mesera cĂłmo preparar un cafĂ©) el mismo que era para una de las otras tres personas que estaban allĂ, que formaban parte de la banda. Luego, un trabajador de la cocina abriĂł la puerta y saliĂł una segunda camarera en uniforme y todavĂa NADIE me hablaba. Lo peor... Mientras aĂșn estaba esperando, (recuerden que fui allĂ para disfrutar de la actuaciĂłn del cantante en este lindo lugar) vi a una de las dos camareras (eran las Ășnicas dos en uniforme) sentada, SENTADA y charlando con esta señora rubia. Por supuesto agarrĂ© mi bolso y me fui. ÂĄEsto es patĂ©tico!    Read moreBE WARNED! SCAMMERS WHO DOUBLE CHARGE TIPS AND DONT TELL YOU. First off the food and atmosphere are great. The problem starts when you ask for the bill you are double charged for the tip. They donât tell you itâs included and the server automatically adds an additional 18% for you then takes your card to make the transaction even though the handheld it done at the table. When you ask for a receipt they say sorry we canât print one the transaction disappeared. Well I work with the same pos they use which is toast and you can go back and find that recent transaction. Iâve been a few times and noticed on my third time that they added the tip. When we confronted the server and manager about this they both said itâs a house and service fee. Well upon reviewing the receipt we finally were able to get they already have a house fee on there. We went back and forth arguing about being doubled tip.    Read moreFood is great! I canât take that from them! The service is definitely the companyâs downfall. We were the only table in the restaurant and food and drinks were taking forever. We sat at 2:30 and left at 5:30 due to slow service. The bartender was sitting down talking and ignored the server 3 times when she communicated she needed drinks for our table. We waited at least 30 minutes for 2 vodka sodas⊠The manager on duty was informed and took no action. Instead we were charged $25 for each drinks as the receipt read they were âa custom orderâ. One of our guest ordered a rosĂ© and we found out she was served pink moscato after we asked to see what wine was poured. Their bottomless mimosas are more Juice than champagne. When we voiced our opinion on the mimosas we were brushed off as if it didnât matter. We love doing brunch and definitely understand service can be slower when business is booming.
