Lou's Pizza Pasta & Subs — Restaurant in Kissimmee

I wish I could give a 0 for service. After comparing and reviewing and looking at different menus we decided to call Lous for delivery. I told The young man when he answered the phone this was for delivery he said OK what would you like to order, and we went through the whole process. He asked me to hold on, he’s talking to someone else telling them the order and questioning me. We went through my order three times with me stating two more times delivery and paying cash. He asked me again are you picking up and I responded no delivery. Mind you, I already gave him the address to deliver to and he repeated it to me. He then asked someone else do we deliver? Then he proceeds to tell me that I need to order through Uber eats. This was over a five minute episode. I am so disappointed and just in awe at the lack of knowledge by the staff that they do not deliver, and it showed me they don’t listen either. I own a business, listening is key. Being direct and blunt is also key. As I told my husband, maybe I shouldn’t be looking at the ratings anymore. #spartan #norxcuses #ilesotemy...

SKIP its a WASTE * BOOOOOOO...You order$50 worth of food, but they deliver it with NO SILVERWARE or NAPKINS....

Called, & they blamed me, for not calling in .. said I need to 'request it' ???? ....Im ordering your FOOD...why would you not provide the silverware??? ..I didnt need to tell you to put it in a container before u added it to the bag..some stuff is simply common sense & courtesy.. which they LACK.

... I guess I'll need to 'soles & shoelaces' the next time I order some tennis shoes, too... since COMMON SENSE isnt very common here at Lou's.

....foods pretty 'blahhh bland' as well.. beside the fact youll eat PASTA with your fingers!! ....which they will say is your own fault, because u didnt make go out of your way to tell them...

I go to the restaurant to get wings and I ask the young man for 10 wings but I’d like 5 mind and 5 garlic. He responds with; Yes, all wings come in 1 flavor. I was confused because he said yes with a conflicting statement. So, I ask again and he repeats the same thing.

At the end, they settled my request with giving me plain wings with the 2 different sauces. But, they refused to just toss the wings in the sauce.

I find it completely unnecessary to be so unwilling to bend a little for your customer. I know this may not be a big deal to most people but I will now go to the pizza shop across the street that is happy to accommodate my request....
