Worst Pizza Delivery service in the area. They marked the order as delivered at 6:37pm on a pizza ordered at 6:00 pm. I waited patiently for another ten minutes. The app said Rafael was delivering the pizza. I then got a call from a women driver asking for my gate code. My community doesn't have a gate. She is telling me that Rafael has a flat tire and that she is the manager. Trying to deliver the pizza and need my gate code. This was not the first time we had pizza delivered. She was argumentative I said i didn't want a cold pizza and it had been almost an hour since i ordered my pizza. She blamed the GPS and then hung up that she need to drive but didn't know where she was at! I called the Store to talk to the General Manager, he blamed the app and said he can't control flat tires. I said I want to my money back and will never recommend Marco's Pizza. He did apologize for the rude driver but no other compensation was offered and I hope I get my money back. Read moreI have only recently discovered this great pizza. Today was my last visit because of the counter workers disrespect and mistreatment. When I came into Marcos, there were two tables occupied with people eating with paper plates, napkins and plastic ware. I asked for my order to be dine in also. When my order came up, it was securely wrapped and taped to go. I reminded the lady that I had asked to dine in and she pointed out that the ticket said pickup. I asked her to talk to the lady who took my order. She hesitated and just kept handing me the package. I asked if there's a difference between how you serve a pickup order and dine in. She said yes and handed me the package again. I told her again that I wanted to eat in. She took the food in the back and talked to the lady who took my order and she came up front and said this is it and they don't give out plates and plastic ware.
