My card was charged twice on the same day when I only went one time to the location. The general manager Randy was supposed to look at the cameras and I even told him the color and make of my car and the correct time which was at 12:07 pm, for the one order that I did, and all he could tell me is to dispute the charge with my bank. He has thieves in his store and chose not to help me and sweep it under the rug. I asked him if he saw my car in the cameras and he cut me off to tell me that there was nothing he could do and to have a great day. He fought me over a $18.39 charge that was made the same day at a different time. I paid $3.21 for 2 sandwiches and was charged a second time $18.39 and instead of giving me my money back and firing the cashier who stole my card number he decided to just leave it be. For someone who is a general manager, I never expected this! I called where I needed to call to get this matter fixed and then some since the manager refused to give me my money back. So Randy if you are reading this, I hope you have a good excuse for why you still refused to give me my money back dispite the fact you saw me in the cameras and then before hanging up on me you said you didn't want to help me because I was yelling at you. Most of the employees and some managers are very unprofessional very nasty and rude, i just went there while i was there i heard this employee complaining and complaining about work an about staff, i was there waiting with like 6 more people and they were just ignoring us, when i said could you please take my order she said to go on the digital register and I told her that I need it to order with her cause I was paying with cash she made a rude gesture and left then she came back and told me the register was closed and i told her well get me a manager cause I've been waiting for half hour and you were ignoring us and then you tell me the register is closed when you guys are open 24 hours, and she started yelling at me and a told her to amp down that that was her job and all she did was complain and if she didn't want to work she should not be there and then she started insulting me and walking towards me like if she was going to jump me one of the managers was holding her and i told him to let her go cause I want it to see what she was going to try to do.
