McDonald's — Restaurant in Kissimmee

I don't like giving 1 star reviews and I avoid the best I can to talk about a bad experience (big or small), but this place deserves NEGATIVE stars. If I could, I would give it -3 Stars.

Also, I have given this Mc Donalds PLENTY of chances. Even after huge disappointments and fails, I kept ordering (around 10 times) in hopes that I would finally eat my meal in peace and give them the benefit of the doubt. But, nothing; Still failing in every way possible.

Most of the times I ordered was because I wanted to enjoy a glorious cheat meal, craving or it was the only place open. So, Imagine looking forward to eat the thing you've craved all day or what you want your last meal of the day to be, only to find out that you didn't even get the main food you want, or the with the ingredient it originally comes with.

I always ordered simple meals such as fries, oreo mcflurry with extra oreo, chocolate fudge sundae with extra fudge, general breakfast items, mc chicken, signature sandwiches,etc. For ONLY TWO PEOPLE. Nothing complicated.

98% of the orders we made were completely wrong or missing multiple items that were indeed listed in my receipt:

Multiple times (around 3) when I ordered a chocolate fudge sundae, it came with chocolate syrup. Yes, its wasn't thick chocolate fudge how it should be. It was like the watered down syrup they pour on shakes, whipped cream or cappuccinos. The Oreo Mcflurry incident was twice, when I ordered and paid for extra Oreo but they never came with extra Oreo. They came with even less than the normal amount. The burgers and sandwiches were just too much of a mess to describe in detail; They either gave us what we didn't order, didn't add any sauce in signature items, or we were just missing more than one item in the bag. Another two occasions was when we ordered family meals. One of the times, we didn't receive any of the drinks at all. The second, we got different types of burgers than what we ordered. The last time I ordered, They forgot to put the LARGE fries that I terribly craved for in the bag and that's when I gave up with this place. Uber Eats didn't help much with compensating these either. Customer service is not even at mediocre/decent level. Don't even bother speaking with the Manager because they will be rude even when spoken to in a respectful, professional manner.

They really need to get their stuff together and hopefully are aware of ALL the other bad reviews being written.

I'm simply trying to help people avoid disappointments like this. Go to another McDonald's, even if its a little far.

I recently went to this location to order food at the drive thru, everything I tried to order was unavailable, I asked what is available? I was told a burger or cheese burger very sarcastically. I ordered a cheese burger . When I got to the first window to pay I went to hand the guy my debt card , he said cash only our credit machine is down, since I don’t normally carry cash I had to count out change which seemed to annoy the guy at the first window even more , I think he just wanted me to say forget the order and leave . I then proceeded to the second window to get my cheese burger just to be met with another nasty employee, I then asked for the name of the manager of the store and the girl said the manager’s name was Julian ,when I asked for Julian’s last name I was told she couldn’t give me that info ?? Wow McDonald’s has no transparency what so ever.Im so glad I own a dash cam that recorded this whole insulting and beyond shameful rude encounter with the McDonald’s employees. I have lived in meadow woods since 1996 way before this McDonald’s ever existed, I will no longer spend my money where it’s not appreciated. What this McDonald’s fails to realize is now they have competition in the neighborhood with Arby’s and Wendy’s which has a very friendly courteous professional staff . I will no longer do business with this McDonald’s. I have boycotted them completely and I will continue to spread my story and experience and show the video I recorded of these shameful rude employees outside of this review I will continue to educate meadows woods neighbors on this . Meadows woods has always being a great community with great respect hard working people . This is why this McDonald’s doesn’t belong in our neighborhood nor do they deserve our hard working money . On Saturday, November 25, 2023 my brother and I walked into the McDonald's Restaurant #14491 located at 13401 Landstar Blvd, Orlando, Fl. 32824. It was about 2:40 pm and all of the employees were busy providing service to other customers.

The reason I felt the need to comment is because a worker by the name of, "Alylah" while very busy mopping or sweeping saw us and gave an immediate affirmative nod indicating that she would help us shortly. This turned out to be TRUE. Alylah soon after stopped what she was doing, washed her hands and attended to the cash register eager to take our order.

Alylah was extremely pleasant and willing to help us access the app on my cell phone so we could benefit from any promotional deals that may have been available. The order was completed in a few short moments and we were on our way with our food - smiles on our faces and a good feeling in our hearts. This young lady Alylah went above and beyond the call of duty with this particular order and should be officially recognized as having preserving the good image that I'm certain The McDonald's Corporation wants.
