I do not recommend this location to anyone for many reasons!!
I came to this location on March 23 2025 unfortunately I’ve recently keep having bad luck finding any good service here. I’d like to mention they don’t even do the drinks right, unless you ask for them to be done right. (That still doesn’t really get the drink to be made right) Even just asking for a mere correction causes reason for you to receive terrible attention and attitude from the workers. Today the worker by the name bri (with a heart on her name tag) who took my order was dismissive to my request to please add sprinkles to my drink which comes with sprinkles already normally. She completely by cut me off to shrug me off and say “Uhuh yeah I didn’t make the drink.” Basically telling me to shut up. Sadly the reason I keep coming back to this place isn’t because I like being treated with disrespect, and an awful lack of professionalism from the workers, it’s because it’s the one closest to my house, it’s less then 3 minutes away. It’s about convenience, I’ve quite literally been coming here since the opening of this location (every single day since) and as I’ve mentioned before in my previous reviews on this place; the service use to be even more horrific and insufficient as it currently is. Sadly I think I’ll have to make the decision to stop coming here.. with just how bad the experiences I’ve had lately. As much I wouldn’t like to make the decision of not coming back indefinitely it seems that if there’s no change in customer service and even how they make then drinks as of late then I just don’t think it’d be wise for me to come back. I’ve sent emails and written reviews and there is no necessary change.

Read moreI’d have to say that this is one of the worst Starbucks establishments I’ve had the displeasure of going to. Sadly it is also the closest to my house. I’ve gone a number a times because of that and every single time I’ve gone I’ve received worse customer service from every last time. The experience get worse as does the service, I’ve even gone on my birthday and the had sworn and accused me at the earliest time in the morning, of first not even being my birthday and then using it, even after showing my ID and scanning my app. Then today I took longer than I do to state my order. The person taking my order at the drive thru seem as if I was a disturbance with the time I was taking (it was not a busy day so there was no need for a rush.) when I spoke I could hear the annoyance in her voice, she was getting visibly upset. Once I pulled up she was even ruder, she said I hadn’t paid after she scanned my rewards app to gain stars. I told her I wasn’t paying through the app but my card. She got mad and decided to not even look at me while passing my drinks, the drink was open when she passed it. Which lead it to open all over my lap. After this I still had a few drinks left to receive and got someone else to attend me. It was a displeasing experience as it has always been. These are only two examples of the treatment I’ve received here. I’d also like to note that the manager here does nothing about this behavior, for I, on many occasions have expressed my concerns to her and she has not even batted an eye. I purchased a metallic drinking cup from Starbucks about 3–4 months ago as a gift for my daughter, and I’m extremely disappointed. The cup has already developed rust, which is completely unacceptable for a product intended for drinking. Consumers should be cautious before purchasing items from Starbucks.
When I went to the store to request an exchange, the staff informed me that they couldn’t help since I didn’t have the receipt. The cup even has "Starbucks" written on it twice, making it undeniably their product. I also contacted Starbucks customer service, but they showed little concern about the issue. This level of service is appalling.
Rust in drinking cups poses potential health risks. It can contaminate beverages with iron particles, potentially leading to gastrointestinal distress or harmful buildup in the body over time. Such issues are concerning, especially for products intended for frequent use. I plan to report this to consumer affairs or the appropriate agency to ensure that claims are filed and that this product is investigated or recalled if necessary.
Although I have a Starbucks right behind my house, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere—from now on, I’ll visit Dutch Bros or make my own macchiatos at home. Starbucks, please take responsibility for your products.
