Subway — Restaurant in Kissimmee

We were absolutely discussed with the service at the subway at John Young and Town Center yesterday afternoon. From the moment we walked in we noticed this particular employee, I belive her name was Imani, was working with a bad attitude taking care of the customers in front of us. At taking my order I had to repeat myself, she left my tuna sandwiches seating on the counter after she took them out of the oven getting cold and exposed to bacterias in the air, that's very unsanitary and unprofessional, because she had the audacity to take care of other people behind us. She was supposed to finish preparing our order first, wrap the subs first before they got cold and continue with our salad since her coworker was attending other people in front. We walked out empty handed and extremely angry. This has been the worst service ever. If she doesn't want to work she should be fired or learn how to take care of paying customers, is not like we were getting...

Went today and no one in store a gentleman comes up behind me skips to the register and it was someone in assuming is a regular but the girl comes from the back completely ignores me and takes his order after she saw I was there first. Then when I asked for my usual she tells me that they don’t have and that they have been short for a long time but when I went last week the kind older lady worked her magic and filled some of it back up. I was highly upset and I try not to but she didn’t even say sorry for taking the gentleman first when she clearly saw I was waiting for her to finish talking with her friend in the back and then she wants to say they’ve been short for that specific thing for a month. Like I understand things finish but I’ve been in two times this month and have had no problem and every time she’s there it’s always the same excuse just because they don’t wanna check in the back or don’t have it ready in...

Customer service from the elderly lady, I believe her name was Cristine, was highly distastful. I’ve been to this location one other time, and during that visit when entering the store, She was cussing and slamming things around and proceeded to rush me through my order. She vented to me about her day and I even wished her a better shift. This time around , it was her and a younger lady, whom also looked irritated with her, making my order. She began by cutting off the other young lady who was assisting me , to again rush and undermine me. I asked for a 12 inch sub and in turn she responds “ I SAID A 6 inch OR FOOTLONG ?” Which… do I really need to explain how ridiculous that sounds ? Overall due to her obviously persistent attitude and lack of work integrity I won’t be returning to this location ever again. Either retire Ms.Cristine or let her go.
