After a long time I decided to give a chance to Pizza Hut. I Ordered two pizzas for my family as shown in the receipt. When my order was delivered I opened the box and the Hawaiian pizza was missing the ham as you can see in the picture. We were hungry so we started eating the pizza without the ham, however, I decided to call the store to let them know they missed the ham. I was told that I could either get a new pizza or a credit. I consulted with my family and we decided to opt for the pizza. The lady told me it was going to take 45 minutes and when she was confirming my address she asked me if I could hold. When she picked up the phone again, I felt she was questioning If I was telling the truth so I told her “I have a picture if you need it”. She said “ I will send a driver and he will pick up the wrong order and give you the correct one”. Keep in mind that it might take more than 40 minutes.When she told me that, I could not believe it. I was already eating the pizza because we were hungry, of course I could not return it. I asked if she was serious and she said yes. I asked to get me the credit instead. How can they take back a pizza that they delivered wrong? Should not they apologize and still send the correct pizza?
I am giving them two stars because the pizza was good even though It was missing half of the ingredients.
I order pizza at least once every month. They just lost the chance to have a loyal customer.
What can they do with a pizza that was already opened?...
Read moreI have to start by saying how rude and disrespectful the manager at this place is I believe his name was Marcus if I’m not mistaking he was so rude and nasty I told him I was trying to order and the app didn’t allow to choose this location and just like that he treated me like I was asking for free pizza when all o wanted was to inform them so they can better the service he treated me like I was a nobody and talked to me as if I was restarted when o asked to speak to a manager not knowing it was him of course he said uhhh your looking at him but with such an attitude I am a manager my self and I will never talk to my consumers in the way this man did I am sad to say that although I buy pizza from here at least once a week I will never return he made me and my family feel so uncomfortable and humiliated. I really hope Pizza Hut improves on picking their managers I can say the cashier was not at all...
Read moreworse service I'm new in FL.. and went there cause it only shows 9min.. from my job first the man that was there was working alone there was no else at the store so he was taking orders and cooking he didn't know how to put my order in on the registered was having trouble so i had to do it online and he said he will start it as i was placing the order online. I got there at 1:11pm and my lunch is just a hour a second customer came in place a order for some reason no trouble this time taking his order and customer paid cash . 3rd customer she place order online and it was not ready she wait 15min. He than tells me my order almost done at this time is about to be 1:50pm I left the store at 1:59 with no food i was pissed got back to work a few min.. late with no food and a hour wasted. This location need to be close with all the bad reviews I'm readying now. worse worse worse pizza hut...
