We had the absolute pleasure of dining at El Inka Grill recently, and one of the highlights of our entire experience was our waitress, Lissette. From the moment we were seated, she made us feel welcomed and taken care of with a warm smile and a genuinely friendly attitude.
Lissette went above and beyond to ensure our meal was not only enjoyable but memorable. She took the time to thoroughly explain the entire menu to us—not just listing items, but describing the ingredients, the preparation, and even offering personal recommendations based on what we told her we liked. You could tell she was passionate not only about the food, but about making sure her guests had the best possible experience.
Thanks to her detailed and thoughtful explanation, we decided to try the risotto—and wow, are we glad we did. It was absolutely amazing: creamy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. It’s not something we would have immediately picked on our own, but Lissette made it sound so appealing that we gave it a try, and it turned out to be one of the best dishes we’ve had in a long time.
Throughout the meal, Lissette checked on us just the right amount—never intrusive, but always available. She refilled drinks without being asked, made sure everything was to our liking, and kept a friendly, professional presence that really elevated the entire dining experience. It felt like she was genuinely happy to be doing her job, and that positive energy was contagious.
It’s rare these days to find service that feels this personal and attentive, and it really made a difference in our evening. The ambiance of El Inka Grill was already lovely, the food was fantastic, but it was Lissette who truly brought it all together and made the experience shine.
We will absolutely be coming back to El Inka Grill—not just because of the delicious food, but because of the outstanding service we received. Lissette made us feel like valued guests, and that kind of hospitality is something we won’t forget. If you ever have the chance to dine here, we highly recommend asking for Lissette. She is a true gem and made our night one to remember.
Thank you, Lissette, for your kindness, professionalism, and incredible service. You made a great restaurant...
Read moreAverage food, a little over-priced for what you are served. DO NOT BELIEVE THE 5 STAR REVIEWS HERE! A waitress asked me to review the place as 5 stars, in fear of the owner!!! Thus, I am writing this review a few weeks after my visit. I believe that a 5 star place must be impeccable in all aspects of the customer service experience. The Chicha Morada is plain and is not much better than getting the concentrate from a local Hispanic corner store and making it yourself. No apple or pineapple pieces were added, no garnish whatsoever. This is in stark contrast to their dishes with extra garnish and decorative embellishments on some of their dishes. The food quality is good and well-seasoned with MSG, like most Chinese-style restaurants. This includes their yuca fries, soups, ceviche, and main dishes. Service was average, having only 2 waitstaff on a Monday evening while attending 10 tables. A 5 star service would not allow anyone's water glass to ever be empty!!! This means having enough wait staff even on non-peak times and days. There were no bus-persons to clean off tables. It was left to the waitresses. The atmosphere was average at best. A 5-star would not have dust on their wall decorations. The ambient music was adequate, but I did hear some rattling from a bad speaker. The men's bathroom needs work and attention and was dimly lit. A 5-star place,...

And some change, now is $12. And some change, this is not worse it, price when up and quality extremely down, is a shame that this happend twice for this type of restaurant that i use to love going with my family, very upsetting and i am very mad for the disrespect to a customer.
