I really like their food, but today right when they opened I ordered (2) 16 cut pizzas for my staff. 1 HOUR TIL DELIVERY! Like, they literally just opened, it's not like there were a lot of orders ahead of me. I call all of my staff and tell them lunch is now at 12 instead of 11:30. 12:07 I call to find out when it will be here and am told it's just coming out of the oven. The man I talked to on the phone when I said, "My staff is all standing here on their lunch break", says, "Well let me get off the phone here and I'll get it out". What should've been the correct thing to say is, "I'm very sorry about that, let me give you $5 off?". I work in the restaurant business, when purchasing almost $60 worth of food I at least expect the delivery to be on time. When there's a problem with a customer, I least expect an offered resolution. The quality of the food was terrible, which is surprising given that pizza should be the heart of their business.
