Sunrise Grill — Restaurant in Kittery

I work right down the road and have never had a problem until just recently when I called to place a to-go order. I ordered the Molly's Own and an egg white omlet. The website states my meal came with juice so when I spoke to the Manager Katie I told her what kind of juice I wanted and she told me she has not updated the website and I would have to pay for it. I manage my own store and would never talk to a customer the way Katie spoke to me. She was rude and what seemed to be almost annoyed I was calling to place a to-go order. For years we have started our family week entering kittery and eating at the diner. This was tradition. This time we started as always. Cross the bridge head to the diner. We were greeted with a difference immediately. As we were seated we were told by the older waitress the kitchen closes in 3 minutes. We ordered coffee and a waffle hoping this would be the easiest order for her. She then proceeded to clean up to Close. Actually shook the rugs inside the restaurant as we sat there. all our years of eating there we were never so uncomfortable. We knew she did not want us there. Been here quite a few times but today ordered an omelet with cheese(3 kinds) and ham and peppers. Noticed about half way through there was no cheese to be seen so mentioned it to the waitresses and they apologized and took the plate away just to return it minutes later making excuses for the reason there wasn't more cheese there. I left the plate alone for it was cheese less period. Will be my last visit here for so many better places around that would NEVER return a plate to a customer with excuses.
