All Arbys deserve one star. Their app is so horrible, it pissed me off to no ends. Then, i tried to submit feedback on the app. I tried everything. It has more required fields, that it is impossible to fill out. I even tried filling out the ones before it again etc. Photo of that, and txt of my original complaint, that I couldnt send, below
Your app sucks, wendys is way better, and still has problems. I created account and sign in, with apple everytime. Sometimes it says im not signed in, even though i just did. It usually will let me sign in. I went to a different fast food restaurant multiple times. After I tried your app. Its just that im frugal, and shop for deals. I was able to use deals when i first got the app. Now, it says that I have not started an order. It says to add items to bag, to see available deals. No matter how much stuff i add or remove from bag, it says the same thing. No deals are ever offered to me anymore, so i always swipe off the app and go elsewhere for deals. It even wants me to enter a comment catagory for this message, and keeps freezing up on me. You have to hit the x, you cant hit "close dialog". I also had to refill other fields, when i did not fill all required fields. This app sucks! Its endless problems!
Edit: They fixed the app, it has been good now for like a year. The app itself is good, arbys food...
Read moreI drove from WI and myself and daughter decided to try the Italian sandwich. It was 11 September at 10:00 pm. I'll start with the sandwiches. So disappointing, Italian salami was only on one half of one sandwich, and pepperchoni was only on one half of the other sandwich. Overall, very poor excuse of a sandwich, the way they appeared, tasted, and price. But the staff working was the absolute worst!!! There was five "juveniles" working behind the counter, and three non-working employee kids sitting in dining area. All of them, besides individual making sandwiches were having inappropriate conversations as if we were not standing there. They even talked about the sandwich maker having a "gross" cut on his finger! I did not hear this, but daughter did and looked and seen he had gloves on. She didn't mention this to me until we had left. I guarantee everyone if I had heard that, those sandwiches would not have left the establishment!! There absolutely needs to be some adult supervision there. This was just an example of kids having playtime while getting paid and learning nothing about responsibility. Get an adult supervisor in there!!! Very embarrassing...
Read moreI'll take the blame for going through the drive thru and not actually opening each of the market place sandwiches and making sure they were correct. Now, we ordered 2 market place sandwiches - the BLT and the Turkey Club (hold the avocado) plus a Roast Beef. We looked in the bag to make sure all the food was there and then drove home. When we opened the sandwiches they were both roast beef on marbled bread, the regular roast beef was correct. This wouldn't have been a complete loss for us except I don't like roast beef. I called the store and after ringing for quite a while I finally got to speak with the manager on duty. The sandwiches will be replaced at another time since we didn't want to drive back. I guess, on a positive note, my husband ended up with three sandwiches. Since this has happened 3 of the last 4 times we've went through the drive thru - having to scrape off sauces, getting onion rings instead of potato cakes, and the wrong flavor shake, we will be going inside if we ever go back to...
