We walk from the truck stop to get dinner. We ordered our food after us and a customer who was here before us waited on someone to take our order. I eventually spoke up and asked if anyone was taking orders. He eventually took our order. When we got our food. There was a nice curly black hair in my husband's burger. He went up to let them know, young man got the manager on duty, he came and was going to argue with my husband and wasn't going to get a refund because they "wear hair nets and beard nets". That is a laughable, plain out lie. (Please see photos and Video) You can plainly see They DO NOT have hair nets on or beard nets. If you watch the video you can see his hair pretty much sweeping the cooked french fry holder. YUCK 🤮 🤮. After a brief back and forth he did give my husband a refund. The employees. Started talking and laughing about us that it wasn't his hair, this coming from the one who sweeps with his pony tail. The management of this facility needs to make the employees wear proper kitchen attire. That includes...
Read moreI went today on my way back from an appointment. I got a ham croissanwich combo and an order of cinniminis. I ordered them inside and got them to go. I get to my car and get on the interstate and start eating my sandwich. The ham looked discolored. The sandwich was hardly luke warm. The hashbrowns were old and soggy. I ignored all of this because I was starving and had another 45 minute drive ahead of me. I then go to eat my cinniminis, which I had my pregnant heart set on. I open the box, they're nice and hot, and I grab my icing pack and begin to open it. I open it to find I was given a pack of syrup instead of icing. I had another appointment and couldn't turn around to go get it. My heart was broken. I don't even understand how this happened.
You can't eat cinniminis with icing.
To add, the employees seemed much more interested in fraternizing than actually helping. The lady who took my order seemed inconvenienced and hardly spoke to me. I don't often complain but this was one of the worst food experiences I've ever...

John was working windows with plastic in his mouth and fondling this plastic, and then ends up putting his fingers inside the cups of 5 drinks in a row.
Called manager to inform and be put down for a refund, arrived for my refund and Amanda tried to replace the drinks when I arrived and said they don't give refunds, lol what? Told her I'll go further up and I'm not here to eat. That order was for my family.
Ps John noticed me (he's handling food now with poor cross contamination skills and health concerns) and knew it was me when I asked for her and stood around listening at the counter.
I told her I wanted a refund or I was going higher up. She literally tried to keep my money and said ,"do what you gotta do".
Why would anyone want anything replaced from somewhere with poor health standards? He shouldn't be handling...
