Placed order and the price seemed high so after questioning it I was told it was the way I placed the order but would be refunded for the difference. Once the manager Rasham young African American guy started the refund he stated it was only a $2 to $3 difference and I advised it was my money however much it was so that lead to other comments and the money he took out the register he ended up keeping it and I left the food there due to fries being old and covered with chili and cheese when I asked for fresh fries. Burgers weren't as fresh as I asked. They had no sweet tea or lemonade but instead of him trying to make it right he was rude didn't not want to give me my receipt. I had to refuse to leave to get receipt and there was a trainee there that had great customer service and should have his position. Her name is Karen or Kristine. She wanted the issue resolved but with him being over her it was only so much she could do. After this experience I will never eat at another crystals and I like crystals. I paid for food that was left there and couldn't get a refund without an argument so much for customer service these days. And on top of that he was unprofessionall throwing his hands while talking and being extra and when you are in management you should be trained to handle situations in a professional way but so much for that these days. Anyone is allowed in position just to have a body present

This is one of the locations I stop by, And I was really disappointed in the state of the bathroom.... They always say don't eat at a restaurant with a dirty bathroom.... But I did order haha
The one bathroom stall / toilet was disgusting.... And there were three people working. Two girls and a guy. When I went in there was no one in the lobby so it wasn't like they didn't have time to go clean the bathroom....
The other bathroom stall (handicap one) although clean-ish had no lock on the door so it just kept opening while I was in there.
The food was made quickly and was okay. They barely had any onions or mustard on them. Mainly most of them had a pickle and maybe two pieces of onion.
They could do much better at this location. If maybe the Crew would stop flirting an actually run the restaurant.

Read moreA white man in it's late 20s early 30s very short hair I came in to get my food they messed up already I was in my car about to leave I have a battery problem with my vehicle this old guy that had a hearing issue was telling me how to fix the battery problem and I be dang if this guy come out to our car window saying you need to leave now this is not a hangout spot first of all I have every right to sit there and eat my food which I wasn't we was about to leave then the old guy came up to my window talking about the battery this other worker guy goes off being very rude and aggressive towards the customers the old man was scared half to death wife was also afraid of his aggressive behavior and shocked 😲😳 over this guys attitude toward the whole situation we will never come back to this restaurant ever again and tell that guy is fired from this position
as a cashier I told the manager lady she said she would let management know but how rude this guy was was uncalled for they should treat people with respect specially customers that pay to only get disrespected.. worst service ever go somewhere else it's worth...
