Ordered on the app. The app placed my order at this location that I was 30 minutes away from. I was unaware they make your food when they get the order and not when you tell them your name at the box. This would make sense as this is how the drive-up and order box works normally. So as I was at another location thinking it was where my food was, they could not transfer the order to the store I was at, so off I went to this location. 😑 I told the lady at the speaker my name and what had happened and that as my order was over 30 dollars, could we make sure it was hot and fresh because on the app it said my food had been ready for over 20 minutes... taco bell doesn't last that long before it's not edible... She told me to stay at the speaker box and they would remake it. I did. They gave me no receipt, put the bare amount of meat in my tacos, forgot the beefy nachos completely, and scolded me for not calling ahead and making them waste product.... the person who ordered on their app and already paid... Why did they choose to make the food before I told them my name at the speaker? I don't understand but that was the worst I've ever been made to feel for buying fast food. I frequently went to this location but never again. Terrible management. The app usually changes the location to the location you are closest to. And I've never had it say my food was ready before I even got to the store. Thanks...

I sat in the drive through for almost 15 minutes before getting to the speaker and menu to order then sat at the speaker and menu for another 17 minutes before she took our order. That’s not fast food! On top of all that when I got to the window that lady was very unprofessional and not friendly at all. I had3 cars in front of me when I got there and there 8 vehicles behind me when I got to the speaker menu to order. Since when did they put drive- on the back burner to only take orders for people who came in to dine. I could understand if it was a bus or something major like that but it wasn’t and also should they not be taking orders from both drive through and walk-in”s instead of leaving drive through hanging there. I couldn’t tell you how many trucks and cars turned around and left that were in the long line behind me. Blows my mind. Does management there even train these people to properly run a drive through? Worst experience I’ve EVER had at Taco Bell in my lifetime and I’m about to be 50 years old. I will say this though, because they ignored the drive through all that time they lost a lot of profit that night with the line as long as it was and so many got fed up with waiting they left. ALOT . Read moreOh boy, I wanted so VERY badly to give this fast food experience a 5 star rating as that is so rare these days. And at first it started out that way. The service was extremely nice, professional and prompt. The food came out correctly and efficiently. And the taste matched the entire experience up to this point. Hell even the bathroom was clean and well stocked. Across from a truck stop that is a true feat in itself! However all this great experience came tumbling down when I sat down to eat and observed a young lady with glasses and pinkish short blond hair started eating food right off of the assembly line. Yes, she was wearing gloves, and that was great. However, I watched in horror as she picked food off the line, stuffed her face, and then, with those same gloves, prepared another customers food.... This act is truly unsanitary. If you're going to eat, at least have the courtesy to take the food where your guests can't see you. And then have the decency to at the very minimum change out your gloves. I'm sorry Taco Bell. I wish I could have given you the review the rest of your team deserved.
