Arby's — Restaurant in Knoxville

When my wife asked for the servers name she yelled "Jamaica I'm the General Manager" then spelled it empathically. This untrained person should never be allowed to talk to or wait on customers. We will never go here again. If you don't mind someone with attitude serving you or no condiments (sauces) in the automatic pump station but food was good. I entered approched the counter, where no one was attending. There was someone to the side so i waited patiently after eye contact was made and After a few 3-4 min she came and took my order. Must have been having a bad day. We waited for our order went to put sauce on the sandwich to no avail. Approched the counter to ask for sauce. Again no one there so i reached around the counter and got some then i got yelled at "you cant be back here" of which i replied while walking away then you need to have someone up here. She replied that really pisses me off and I should throw you out of here. I just ignored her sat down ate my sandwichs with my wife whom said did she really say that, i started to get back up thought better of it, shes not worth it. Ironically she offered the next person ketchup speaking loudly so i could hear. My wife said thats it, whats her name on the receipt, she did not give me a receipt so my wife asked for one of which she slammed it on the counter, my wife asked for her name, she told her a name and said she was the general Manager. Shouldn't the general manager be aware when the sauces run out?

I did forget I owe Arbys for allowing me to pay them and should thank her (manager) for showing up. I guess customer service is no longer taught. This was near noon...

I ordered from UberEATS.... I requested to have marinara with my 6pc order of cheese sticks(which was only a 5pc).. my UberEATS driver asked to make sure there was marinara and they told him that it was in the bag (the bag had a big sticker on it keeping it closed) .... But of course there's not any... My car is broken down right now which is why I ordered UberEATS... I called because not only did I specifically ask on the app for my condiments but I also sent a message to the UberEATS driver to make sure I have it... And of course its not there... I spent 24.95 in total, 21.95 to Arby's and 3.00 tip to my driver (I live 1/4 mile down the road) I called down there to speak to a manager, and a female who said her name is Beth claimed to be the manager.. she also admitted to being the person that is handing out the drive thru, she tried to blame everyone but herself... First excuse was she said that the person that handed her the bag told her it was in there,then it was the UberEATS driver didn't open my bag to verify (which they're not allowed to do)it was in there. Then it was there's only 3 people working, to there was 2 people working, to well I'm not going to bring it to you (which was never asked or even hinted to)... So I seen there was no accountability or resolution being offered (I'm not eating them without marinara sauce) so I asked what the store managers name is and "Beth" hung the phone up... Now mind you, never once was she yelled at, cussed out or put down... However Beth did not even try to resolve the issue... No worries I will bring them down there personally tomorrow and speak with the...

If this is the one off cherry Street in Knoxville don't go I had to wait on a buddy of mine they went in there order 2 roast beef and a chicken sandwich well after 38 minutes went by I went in upset asking my buddy what the hell going on loud enough for the workers to hear me and my buddy said they just told her they just started cooking the chicken I went up and ask for a manger well they all ignored me so I spoke loudly so they all can hear me the place has only 2 customers in there non at drivethur I ask why is it taking 40 minutes to make the only thing they serve this long well one older later ignore that question after she took her id tag off that said she the manger they all need to be fired or restrained cause they might have 20 people a day Thur the evening time that actually by food for that reason so to whom reads this that's over the Arby's do something fast or lose thousands a day there and the food we got was still cold as hell and they was the driest chicken and beef was Soo bad and I believe they over charged my buddy which we did not notice til we drove 45 minutes away 16 bucks for 2 roast beefs and one chicken that's it no fries or drinks just...
