ETA: I waited several months before posting this review. The owner was there at the time I visited. I waited to review it to see if I felt any different after having time to process my experience, unfortunately after several months, I still feel the same way and stand by my original review.

I went in after reading good reviews, with a specific list in mind to get. The owner passed me over to a worker. The worker was sweet and knowledgeable, but I learned she was new to the shop. Every time she asked a question of the owner about a crystal’s location or clarifying a property of a crystal, the owner berated her, eg “I guess you wouldn’t know that”. When other customers came in, based on how the owner followed them around, talked with them like old friends, and showed them pieces- it was obvious they were return customers that made big purchases and were more worth her time. When I had my crystals and was ready to pay I watched the owner write down the crystals I had selected and their prices. She misidentified at least two of them. But because she gave off the vibe that I wasn’t worth her time or energy, I didn’t correct her or ask if they had been in the wrong section. Let me tell you folks... If your looking for some gemstones, crystals, pendents etc this is the place. I have shopped here a few times and as always the spirits are great within. Thank you to all the staff that I have encountered, now.... To speak on the stones I purchased today. First I knew what I went there for I was in route a few days ago after work since it's on my way home but they were closed. Bummer ! But not at all it gave me more time to be patient to know exactly what my needs were upon arrival. Well I got what I came for but then I ran my hand across a stone and felt an immediate connection as my last visit. I was going to leave it but I could not ignore my intuition so I asked the name of stone and I was given a little background of it. This young lady then hands me a book with info on the stone and I read a part of the description that was a dream I had some time ago. Long story short,, I come home & cleanse all of my goodies twice & charge them up. I immediately start crying... This shop has a wonderful variety of quality stones. However, my most recent visit left a horrible impression. I found a beautiful specimen, an employee came and told us all about it and while we were waiting to pay this same employee suddenly remembered that piece was “on hold”, and that she forgot if the other customer wanted it or not. So she took it from us and put it in the back. She did not offer a discount, or even a similar replacement. It really was upsetting as I had already fallen in love with the piece, I understand having favorite clients but it was still on display and I was eager to buy right then.
