Absolutely exceptional customer service and support at this store with awesome stock!! After an ad on Craigslist for a lavender Verizon Galaxy Note 9 then recording it had been posted 11 days prior, I anxiously awaited for The Phone Exchange to open at 10am so I could call to verify it's possible availability. It was, much to my joy, still available! I explained that I couldn't get the until after 5, the gentleman I spoke to allowed me secure the phone until then by me placing a deposit on it.

We wound up purchasing not just my Note 9, (which is FLAWLESS!) but also a Samsung S3 Frontier smartwatch for me, and iPhone 7 Plus for my husband. The gentleman who waited on us was very patient with my husband looking at numerous phones, my indecisiveness between two smart watches, was very knowledgeable all items he pulled out of the display case and also helped us with cases for the phones to tide over until my heavier duty cases came in the mail, my husband got an amazing Pelican Marine waterproof case for his at a great price. Today I had to bring the watch back due to an issue with it not charging, they immediately replaced it with another dock, which has since 100% fixed the problem, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, wit the assurance of being able to come right back in if there were any more issues. All in all, we are over 100% satisfied with the purchase, the upstanding customer service we received and the support I got today with the watch. The owner and staff at this location are top notch. They apparently have one or two other locations further away that they can call on and check their stock.

Over the past 5 or 6 years, I've purchased my last two phones from this location. The first time I purchased a factory unlocked Note 9. The owner was very detailed about explaining the origins of the phone.

He's also very keen on letting you know that once you purchase a phone- that's it. You can exchange for something else in store but this isn't the place for the criminal underworld. The man isn't going to be treated like a phone rental shop.

My latest phone from there is a Note 20. It had an issue with the charge port saying there was condensation. He thought he'd cleared the obstruction, but apparently the issue came back when I got home. He immediately scheduled a time to return the phone. Since there were no replacements, he offered to replace the charge port. His technician was done in less than an hour.

My old iPhone 6S Plus was barely working, & I needed a newer phone badly. Sprint/T-Mobile wouldn’t give me a good deal on a newer iPhone, even though I’ve been a loyal customer for 15+ years. A friend of mine told me I should try The Phone Exchange. I’m so glad I took my friend’s advice! I purchased a used iPhone XR at The Phone Exchange on April 21, 2021. You can’t even tell the phone is used. It’s in pristine condition & looks brand new. Adam helped me find the right iPhone for me. He gave me a great price & even gave me a military discount & gave me $75 for my old iPhone 6s Plus. Adam is a true asset to The Phone Exchange! He is a model employee! He was very courteous & went out of his way to help me in every way that he could. He even set up the iPhone XR for me so that I didn’t have to go back to the Sprint/T-Mobile store where I had just been treated like dirt.
