KFC — Restaurant in Knoxville

This Kfc is atrocious!!! It was like being at a nightmare circus that just so happens to sell chicken!!! The manager Annie definitely should not have a management position with her telling employees that drive thru comes first, to turn away customers at the front counter (some whom had been waiting for over 10 mins to place an order)and refuse to take orders!!! It was so sad just in the 45 mins of us being there I watched so many elderly customers get turned away and slowly walk back to their cars, we saw employees giving out free food from the front counter to younger people (looked like friends/coworkers off the clock) coming in. There was a blonde boy walking around back in the kitchen slamming things and cussing rolling his eyes at customers who simply asked for a fork while he was upfront ,They didn't have any dark meat so they offered my husband two breasts instead which he happily agreed to but then the manager Annie was throwing a fit/tantrum like a small child about customers annoying her! And I quote "being so damn picky" I'm sorry but if you work with the public that is not the kind of attitude you should have! Especially not coming from someone in a management position!?!?!? It was so pitiful, But bless the girl in training and the lovely man at the front counter who took our order!!! They were the only decent human beings working there!!! I seriously asked my husband why do we even try with KFC any more it's one let down after another at this point! No one should have to endure service like that and feel like a burden while out spending their own hard earned money! I don't know who owns this KFC but you are seriously letting good customers slip from your fingertips at the expense of a middle aged big baby pretending to be put together enough to be a MANAGER!!! CLEAN UP THIS KFC STAFF!!! YOUR CUSTOMERS...

Only gave1 star because u couldn’t n give 0. Went thru drive thru ordered 8 piece tenders meal 3 sides 4 biscuits. Then told the manager at the drive thru to make sure he put enough honey mustard in for 8 tenders he says u have to pay for them I said ur supposed to give me enough for my tenders so I said that’s fine he says $3.41 for 8 sauces I said ok that’s fine whatever. He was very rude & aggressive. So I get home & find that my order wrong & not one chicken tender. They gave me an 8 piece meal with bone-in. Which I didn’t order nor did I want so I called & the manager starts off very rude & cussing told me thats not what I ordered I said u took my order so then in heard me say 8 piece chicken tender bucket meal honey mustard sauce 2 mashed potatoes & a slaw. all I wanted to do is get what I ordered & paid for. If I b had b b off wanted chicken with a bone in it I’d ordered it but I didn’t I wanted chicken tenders. So I went & paid $35 bucks for the KFC manager to give me whatever he chose for me. This is my second visit to this KFC the first time I was there was in the evening and all the kids that were there we're playing running around talk to you on their cell phone their trash cans are overflowing manager had lack of control he kept trying to get kids to clean up and do their job and they kept ignoring I went there tonight March 11th at 8 at night I got the buffet I got my first plate of food I went back up to get some more mashed potatoes there wasn't any and I said something to the kid standing at the bar and I said excuse me you're out of mashed potatoes and he said to me I'm not in charge of the bar and filling it up the guy that's running it said that we're out of mashed potatoes he wasn't going to help me so I ask for the manager and the manager was very nice about it and she went and got me potatoes but the point is there is no I in team and if a customer requests something they should be willing to do it not make an excuse as to why they're not so I'm giving this restaurant one-star because of employees lack of service but I give the manager 4-stars because she was very nice and handled the situation very professionally I didn't...
