Casey's — Restaurant in Knoxville

They suddenly started adding a topping on my favorite pizza and tried to tell me that had always been the recipe despite the fact that I nor my family have ever received one that way. It doesn't even have that topping as a part of the pizza when you order on the app! I ended up wasting the money and tossing it because it wasn't the pizza I thought I was ordering... either the app needs changed or the store needs to be more consistent so these things...

Walked in after I ordered a pizza 25 minutes prior. 3 cooks and not a single one looks up to ask me who’s pizza. My pizza stayed on the oven rack for approximately 5 mins after it was finished. I shop at the Casey’s in Knoxville frequently and usually I have a good experience, however whenever the employee Daniel the kid with red hair and glasses checks me out he is rude to me and makes the process awkward. All the other employees are friendly as could be. Daniel needs to learn from them. If he could get his attitude under check I would rate this Casey 5...
