This has got to be the most poorly managed Chick-fil-A I’ve ever experienced. Literally every visit comes with a new and frustrating story. Today’s story involves trying to determine why the mobile app and the drive-through ordertakers come up with different totals for my order. Since they aren’t trained, they told me that the app is just cheaper than the restaurant prices. The problem was that they overcharged me and then try to make up an excuse because they didn’t know the answer. When two people disagree on a total, we should be trying to determine where the error came from not just speculating. I called and spoke with a manager who promised to refund the order for my frustration but after other past experiences, I can’t say that I will be making my way back there very quickly (waiting 25 minutes for a mobile pick up when I ordered it in advance, and being completely skipped over in the drive-through line and having to wave my arms out the window of my vehicle and yell to get somebody’s attention to take my order). I love Chick-fil-A but it seems like I’ll have to drive a few miles out of my way to find one that can actually serve customers efficiently...

I use the mobile app almost every time l eat here, I make sure to order ahead so the order taker doesn’t rush me like last time and I leave something off of my order. I used to use the curbside option and the wait never was as long as the drive thru line. Over 3 months ago they removed that option. Even though I am proactive and get my order in ahead of the other customers I still am required to join the drive thru line. The most recent time I joined the line, no one checked in my order, when I got to the window it still wasn’t ready. They asked me to pull into a parking spot while they prepared my order and finally after 25 minutes of total wait time between joining the line and receiving my food I was finally able to leave. Read moreI’ve been going to this Chick-fil-A for almost two years now. Today during my visit there was two older men in line behind me. Even though it was my turn to order the employee asked the man in the back what he needed. And urged him up to the checkout area.
Well he basically stands right on top of me while I try to order. I can barely hear the woman talking to me and she can’t hear me and is saying “what to everything I say” all because this man she called up is talking / yelling over the counter at employees.
I finally get fed up and turn to look at him and say “are you kidding me?” And the checkout woman goes “oh! He’s a regular”
As if that excuses him being in my space and in general ruining my ordering experience. Like I said. I’ve been here for two years too. So am I not considered a regular when I come in 1-2 times every week??
Love that she defends some old man when I’m a young girl and clearly feel uncomfortable with his presence so close to me. Completely...
