I'm sorry to say,but I will not eat at a Chili's ever again if I didn't have to give stars I wouldn't ,but this company needs to learn about food allergies ,know their menu and take it more serious I have been sick since Saturday evening due to them screwing up and putting tomatoes in my food after saying and writing on the ticket to leave them out not to mention how uneducated they are about food allergies asking me over and over if they could fix me something else as I'm trying to hurry out to my car for my medicine for my allergy itchy skin and throat come on people I needed to leave take me medicine and Pray I didn't end up in the ER ,but they were more concerned about trying to fix something else thank God my medicine worked and that I didn't have to go to the ER ,but I came home straight from there straight to bed slept until 11:30 the next day I haven't eaten good I've been itchy off and on my voice has been hoarse off and on just been miserable could have been worse it really could have because of your all mistake people need to be fired over a mistake like that I'm sorry that's people's lives you're playing with when you make those types of mistakes my fiance left my information with the manager have I heard from anyone from there nope have I heard from corporate nope can I get a hold of corporate nope nobody cares so in my opinion if you have a food allergy or if you go there and you get sick off of their food like food poison you can forget anybody caring about you no I don't care that we didn't have to pay for our food some people didn't even get to finish their food we had to leave because of my allergy I feel like I'm owed a bigger compensation it scared my daughter it scared my granddaughter it scared my fiance they didn't know what to do they worry the entire night about me but Chili's didn't Chili's corporate office didn't maybe if I got a lawyer they would care .. Well 20 mins of waiting on water with lemon and a whiskey on the rocks we finally ordered. I made SURE the waiter knew I DO NOT EAT BACON. The order was supposed to have bacon but of course I asked to take that off and was VERY SPECIFIC. well after 25 mins of waiting, our food comes out and the person carrying it had a different kind of shirt on so I supposed it was the manager (i was right). I took a bite and Boom There was not only a couple pieces of bacon... THE ENTIRE THING WAS BACON FULLLL! I called the waiter back and she said "you never told me you didnt want bacon, I'll take it back and redo the plate" I said cool no worries (knowing what I explained) so here comes the same manager lady and she apologized but then says well if your not allergic and dont need medical attention you should be fine.... NO MAM' religiously I DO NOT EAT PORK and anything that touches pork is not to be in my plate. Well long story short, they brought me back the same plate cause there was BACON CRUMBS ON THE PLATE STILL, then the food looked as if they just opened it, took out the bacon and closed the sandwich back up. smh I swea the manager came bac and in her head thought all was great... Think again I questioned her and asked if she knew I didnt want bacon she cleared the air with yes I knew (oh there was bacon on it) I was like your a manager whom brought me my plate and yet you didnt see the bacon? not only the bacon the first time... did you not realize that all your cooks did was open my food and take out the bacon? smh she didnt have a answer or even a solution. smh never ever again will I go to this chilis The disrespectful ways of service was just not cutting...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe paid at 7:45pm and were at Table 14. I donāt know our servers name because he mumbled it when he greeted us. We love Chiliās and it was our first time at this location we usually go to the one in Turkey Creek.
Our server, took our drink order and then disappeared. A runner brought our drinks.. finally. And we waited for him for about 15 more minutes as we saw him peeking his head around the kitchen doorway. After we ordered it seemed like he did not know how to work the tablet system and was struggling to find what we wanted. (Not shaming him here maybe heās new and wasnāt trained). After our food came about 20 minutes later, it was COLD. I know this wasnāt our servers fault, hopefully, but he did not check on us once after we got our food. Part of my order was missing and my fiancĆ©s was not correct. But he never came back. He checked on his other table in front of us and behind us but never even glanced at us until we decided we were done and just sat there. My fiancĆ© asked him for a Togo box and he said he would be right back to grab one. He disappeared into the kitchen and my fiancĆ© watched and saw him peak his head around the kitchen doorway again. Made eye contact with him and he still didnāt come back with a box 5 mins. later. After 5 minutes he walks past our table to the kiosk and reaches behind it and pulls out a small box and brings it to him and said āhave a great day if yāall need anything let me know.ā
We couldāve used your attention when we received our food. But, I just wanted this to be made aware because the service seemed to be great with the other servers but I think ours needed some help or more training. Also, the food from the kitchen being cold is discerning.
Really disappointed in this Chilis and I think we will continue to drive the extra 20 minutes to...
