This is the worst 'mexican' restaurant I have ever had the displeasure of eating at. The food feels like it poisoned me and it has no flavor. It is beyond bland, the portion sizes are laughable compared to what's advertised, and the food has made me puke. I am honestly just glad it is not in my body anymore. I have never eaten at a Qdoba before this, but I will never eat at one again. Upon consuming all this food, at around 5pm, I felt sick to my stomach. I had to go to the bathroom multiple times to throw up or deal with other digestive issues. While praying to the porcelain god, I read up on Qdoba's corporate policy, and learned of the 'All Good Guarantee'. I gathered myself together to go back despite how sick the food had made me, only to learn that the employee working was not willing to refund me, that the manager was gone, and to have the customer behind me berate me while I was trying to explain my problem with no intervention from the staff. I ordered the 'Burrito Meal Deal'. The burrito I got was tiny; barely a few inches long. It had no flavor. Bland would be a compliment. It was nothing compared to the pictures they show on their website. I paid 2 more dollars for a side of 'Diablo' (Bland) cheese dip that was in a container akin to a regular generic sauce cup. This was also less than half the size when compared to what was advertised. The saran wrap the tiny slice of a brownie was contained in was so soggy that it felt like I needed to disinfect my hand after unwrapping it. It also had no flavor. As of writing this, things are not 'All Good', and I will be sending a note to corporate about my abysmal experience at this location. If you value your health and safety, I would strongly recommend not eating here.

TLDR; Okay place, especially if you are in a hurry. When we arrived there was no line. The staff was prompt and helpful while ordering. I can only assume the manager was our cashier. She prompted me to leave a tip. I am guessing the tip was not enough for her liking. I do not speak Spanish so I have no idea what she muttered under her breath after that. Given the tone she did not lile me at all. The food itself was decent. The chicken is very dry. I was surprised by the lack of condiments post ordering. I would not go out of my way to get it nor avoid it. The dining area was clean and well maintained. The restrooms were mostly clean. All and all the place is very average. Given the actions of the manager I will not be seeking this location out ever.

I haven't gotten the chance to eat at QDoba in quite a few years and it was good to be there again. The burrito was huge as usual and the mixture was great but going back, I will do the chicken instead of the pork bc the pork was a little bland. The chips and cheese dip were awesome (and free bc I signed up for text alerts). Great food for an amazing price!

Today I ordered catering for the last time from the Knoxville, TN location because of the unbelievable lack of professionalism, rudeness, and appalling behavior from owner Daniel Roberts.

The order was to arrive at 11am and instructions for delivery were provided. At 10:39am, he called to say he would be there at 11 and I reminded him to call the office as instructed and is hospital policy. He acted as though he had no idea what I was talking about. I arrived at the office at 11:15, no food. No call. I called 4 times before reaching him. He tells me first the food was there, then that he was on his way. It’s now 11:30 and the food is half an hour late. I told him he wasn’t making any sense and asked what was going on. He hung up on me. I told the staff at that time that something was off. He sounded like he was under the influence of something.

About 10 min later the driver called. He had actually been there since 11, but Daniel failed to give him instructions or a contact number. I’m not sure why the driver didn’t just look the office number up. Regardless, the hospital is not allowing vendors so he was not permitted to enter - this is why explicit instructions were given for delivery. No other caterers have had a problem with this new policy. It’s pretty straightforward.

It’s now 11:45. A staff member and I went down to meet the driver with the food. He apologized. (He has delivered my orders before and is always very nice) He pointed out to me that Daniel was actually there. Not to apologize for the error. Not to make sure everything got worked out. Not to help. He was setting in his car just watching. I walked over and asked him what was going on. He replied, “he’s here isn’t he?” Looking at him, I knew my assumption was accurate, so I asked him if he was messed up. He said, “YES I AM!” I was shocked by his blatant response, but it was obvious. I told him this was absolutely ridiculous and he told me, “F* off and get out of his face”.

I cater almost every day. And I have dealt with various issues over the years, but NEVER something like this.

Perhaps corporate could provide him with the help he...

This the best kept secret in Knoxville. You feel like family when you walk in. 1-1-22

My my family and I were craving some Mexican food and wanted to try somewhere new. I took my daughter with me to Qdoba. I can't say enough good things about the employees that work there; The 2 guys there tonight were so sweet to my daughter. It made my night and warmed my heart. They gave her a little treat which I thought was over the top because her birthday was on Christmas. I wish I got their names because they really should be promoted or recognized for being outstanding employees.

Now about the food. It was delicious; the pork salad I got was flavorful and fresh. My daughter got the kids meal which happens to be free on Tuesday and Saturday which was also an awesome treat. We get to the cashier her name was Abigail (same as my daughter)... very helpful and also also a pleasure to talk to.

We don't eat out very much after the pandemic because the overall service and the food quality has been in sharp decline. But I'd recommend this place to anybody. Keep up the good work. You guys...
