The absolute worst customer experience in my life!! If i could give a zero rating i would. Ordered online and said it would be ready in 15 minutes. Got to the store when it said it would be ready. Walked in, young man said that mine was just about to come out of oven. So i sat down and waited about 10 minutes. The screen in the store saying the status of the order had said my food was ready to pick up and had been taken off the screen. I patiently waited about 10 more minutes while another customer came up and was asking about their order. Daniel who said he was the area vice manager of the whole Knoxville area very rudely told him that they were busy and they didn't have time to see if his order was ready and he would check when he could. About 45 minutes from the time I ordered i got up and asked if my food was sitting on the rack getting cold and could i have it because I had already paid and didn't want it cold. Daniel told me he would get to it when he could and no one's food was going to get cold because they have warmers on the racks to keep them warm. He also said the tracker that says when the pizza is ready isnt correct, they just do that to give you an idea of when it would be ready. I told him to just give me a refund because I did not want to eat his food anyway. He then proceeded to treat me very harshly, screaming at me and threatening to call the cops on me because of the way I was acting. I told him to just give me a refund and he said i will, it will be about a week to be refunded to your card and couldn't give me cash. I asked for his name and he said Daniel but don't worry about complaining on him because since he was the area vice manager the complaint would just go back to him. He then told me he doesn't need my business or any of my family's and if i stepped foot in his store i would be arrested. The young man that had told me my food would be ready soon when i originally walked in then came up to me and said "Man, i dont even work here anymore. I turned in my two week notice because of this place" and i told him i dont blame him at all.
My wife was waiting in the car with my two toddlers who were very hungry and antsy after waiting in the car over 30 minutes. She went in and Daniel acted like nothing was wrong and that I was the problem. He tried to blame it on a customer before me that had gotten 22 pizzas, which in fact it was 9 as i was there when she checked out. He ended up giving her the food, which was cold and gross anyway.
I then made a complaint online about how i was treated and it went to corporate. I got an email back 5 days later that said the store was locally owned and they would forward my concerns to the owner. That was a week ago and no one has reached out to me from anywhere. This place is a joke of a business and from a lot of the other reviews, it is apparent that they think they can just treat customers however they want to and if we dont like it, we can just leave and go somewheres else. Well, that is exactly what i plan to do. I will never step foot in a Domino's again because of this experience, especially not this location. And hopefully, more people will learn and not order from this location again and put them out of business, because apparently that is...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of visiting your Domino's location, and I felt compelled to share my overwhelmingly positive experience, thanks to one outstanding employee. I unfortunately didn't catch his name. I must admit, I was having a bit of a rough day, I even spilled my coffee all over the place this morning and a good meal was just what I needed to lift my spirits. From the moment I entered the store, his infectious positivity and genuine friendliness turned my day around. Not only did he take the time to greet me with a warm smile, but he went above and beyond by recommending the creamy garlic sauce to accompany my meal. I took his advice, and I must say, it was a game-changer! His attention to detail and personalized service truly set him apart. During the ordering process, I learned that this remarkable individual is actually a trainer from a different Domino's store. His expertise and dedication to providing exceptional service were evident throughout my visit. His positive attitude not only made the entire ordering process enjoyable but also left a lasting impression on me. In an era where exceptional customer service can be hard to come by, his commitment to creating a positive and welcoming environment deserves recognition. In addition to his outstanding customer service, I believe he deserves a special commendation for his role in enhancing the overall customer experience at your Domino's location. His professionalism, product knowledge, and ability to turn a customer's day around should be celebrated. After such a positive encounter, I can confidently say that I will be a loyal customer of this Domino's location, and it's largely because of his exceptional service. I sincerely hope that his dedication and hard work are acknowledged, and I strongly recommend considering a well-deserved raise for him. Thank you for fostering such a positive atmosphere in your establishment, and thank you, sir, for going above and beyond to make my day brighter. I look forward to my next visit and enjoying another delicious meal with the fantastic service I have come to expect...
Read moreI ordered 4 items from the 6.99 deal for in store pick up. I arrived roughly 10 minutes before the timeframe and was promptly greeted by John who asked if I was picking up for Sarah. He then informed me it had just went into the oven and would be a few minutes, which was perfect because I needed to get some drinks since I forgot to add them to my order. I told John I would wait outside in my car as we were planning on eating in the parking lot before finishing our drive home. When I walked back in, john was boxing up the rest of my order and another order for a customer who ordered for delivery. I asked him if he was the only one working tonight and he told me yes besides the driver. I got my food and drinks. I opened one box and noticed that my pizza was missing chicken, not a huge deal. I was going to eat it either way because he was working by himself and I didn’t want to be a bother but he had forgot to put the Alfredo sauce instead of the red sauce. I took the pizza inside and showed him. He apologized multiple times and said he would remake the pizza. I told him no rush and id be waiting outside. Once my pizza was corrected it was amazing as was the bread bites and brownie cookie. My only complaint from this whole experience and reason behind 4 stars instead of 5, how in the world is a chain restaurant going to have 2 employees on a Saturday night? Im not sure what world that is even acceptable. John was beyond kind and friendly and if it wasn’t for his amazing attitude and personality I’m sure this would have gone very differently. Management needs to step up their game and either hire more help or work some extra hours themselves to ensure that this stop being a common occurrence. I’m not sure who the manager is of this location but they truly need to reevaluate their choices. I’m utterly shocked and disappointed that an elder man was working properly one of the busiest nights of the week, alone. Even though he was killing it and our food was fantastic, this should not happen what’s so ever. Do better. Thanks John for the...
