Dunkin' — Restaurant in Knoxville

The donuts were delightful. I especially love their French cruellers. Light, airy, fluffy and rich. The iced coffee was also good. Service was slightly confusing. The group before us got a receipt after their purchase. But we did not. I ordered a diet coke, small iced coffee with 2 sweet n' lows and 2 creamers, 2 French Crueller, 1 powdered bavarian, and a sweet pepper bacon breakfast sandwich. Got everything on the order except for the diet coke. When I asked the cashier about this, she apologized and said it was because she hadn't rang it up. But I was unable to tell if that was true or not because I didn't have a receipt. So I'm still unsure if I was charged twice for a beverage, or not. She swore up and down that she had not charged it. But did ring one up and said that I could go ahead and grab one out of the fridge. It also wasn't the fault of the store itself, but I think they should post signs to remind passers by that the seating area outside is for customers only. While we were there I had a woman with a child walk up and ask me to spare her a cigarette. Later as we were leaving we noticed another woman, who had brought food from a different reataurant seemingly unconscious in her seat on the patio. We assumed it was because of drugs or alcohol as she had been behaving erratically since we had seen her arrive. Talking to herself, pacing around...etc. DD did nothing that I'm aware of to take...

Live about 10 minutes tops from this location and for some reason they can’t seem to handle more than one car in the drive thru at a time. I always order online from the app so I can quickly get my coffee and leave but it never happens that way. I once ordered a large cold brew with the usual ingredients inside and an extra shot of espresso and they handed me a large cup of cream instead? No coffee at all inside so I had to pull back and ask for 3 shots of espresso myself to add. The uncommon times they do make my coffee correctly though it’s not all terrible, but I still have to wait every time regardless so it’s usually watered down or cold anyways by then. UPDATE: went this morning at around 6AM (keep in mind they open at 5), and had already put in and paid for my mobile order. Get to the window and see a piece of paper just taped up saying they are opening late, even though it’s already over an hour past time? Some blonde girl got an attitude with me even though she was the one who immediately came off rude when I said nothing disrespectful to begin with. Just because you have a bad morning doesn’t mean you have to make everyone else miserable, I’m just trying to get my coffee I paid...

We are college students that go to this dunkin multiple times a week. One of our first times here our order was messed up and so we asked a male worker at the window to help correct what was not given in our order. He proceeded to yell at us, slam the window shut, and tell a co worker to “coke deal with this”. Then the next time we went he saw us at the window and rolled his eyes. The most recent time me and my friend were not given half of our order and said so at the window, as we paid for the whole order. The man upon first seeing us said “i knew you were going to be difficult” and rolled his eyes. They then told us to pull up to make the two bagels we weren’t given. This man brought a bag out told us to pull up closer to him so he didn’t have to walk and then threw it at my friend. It only had one of the two bagels we were missing so I went inside to AGAIN try to correct our very simple order. I told them what was still missing and he said “I think your lying to us but I guess I have to give it to you” I proceeded to SHOW him my order as he snarked at me and threw me the bagel. completely disrespectful and rude service...
