Just shut down already. You would think someone making sandwiches eight hours a day would have some what of a clue at what their doing, but not here. The second time ive been here, both were horrible expirences. The first time i walked out, shoulda walked out this time but we were watching the super bowl n at half time the guest wanted subs since it was right below where we live. I shoulda known better. Got here it was dead ass empty, i was the only person here and the guy behind counter was only other person. He acted like i was a huge inconvience from the moment i walked in. Has a list of subs i was supposed to be getting. One was a club on honey oat with mozzarella cheese. "Don't have roast beef." its okcan you just add some extra meat to replace ir..slams the meat down gets to cheese n just puts cheese of his choice..owe that was supposed to be mozzarella i said..dont got mozerella n he keeps slamming it on down the line while he starts on the other sub..got to vegetables n asked for the subs to be toasted..cant he said toaster broken..umm ok well considering you are out of everything and you cant even toast it do i get a discount...no, you want sauce on these...i really wanted to just say..ta know f u n walk out but i knew the half time was almost over n the guys would be wanted food so i just added the sauces paid n got out of there..all subs were missing over half the stuff and there was so much mayonaise on one of them i could have used it for a months worth of sandwiches..even after scraping it off there was still so much dripping off it had ran out the paper the sub was wrapped in and was all over the bag..got home guy had put no napkins in bag and sauce was filling the bottom of it. The meat was so dry even with a gallon of mayonaise it was cracking n chewy like jerky. Will NEVER and i mean it this time..NEVER go back here again. I wouldnt even use the toliets here afraid to get gang green on my a s s this place is...
Read moreWas in last night and it was one of my worst Subway experiences to date. First it was about 7pm there where two employees working but only one was waiting on customers, making sandwiches. The other guy sounded to be stocking and did come out to ring the orders. Anyway I ordered a foot long Turkey and Black Forest Ham, when he stated making it he only put four pieces of turkey which he folded in half and left large spaces in between he then put four pieces of ham also folded in half and placed them between the pieces of turkey. When I said something to him "do you think you could at least put the meat to where I am eating turkey and ham together" he looked at me with this dumbfounded look and said "that is how I always make them and nobody ever complains, so you want me to unfold your meat" I was like I guess so if that's all the meat you plan to put on a foot long. I do have to say though that he loaded me up on the veggies. While completing my sandwich I asked for oregano which there was non of, so he asked the other employee to get some five min later the other guy appeared sprinkled my sandwich and disappeared again. By this time the guy who had made my sandwich was waiting on someone else and you could see his aggravation and hear it as there was now a line of five people and he kept loudly saying how sorry he was for the wait and how he appreciated everyone's patience. So he hops back over folds, raps, bags my sandwich and then the other guy appeared again and rings it up. I watched as I walked out and sure enough he disappeared into the back leaving dude to deal with the five people in line by himself. So needless to say my sandwich was not that great and it was all together...
Read moreOf all the subway locations I've tried this one seems the worst. I've been here quite a few times because it's so conveniently located on my way from work and there's just always something. Sometimes they don't have the ingredients or bread. Sometimes they may close an hour or two early. Sometimes "electricity is out" or "the card reader is not working" or whatnot and they are not taking orders. Sometimes online orders don't work. There was one time when I'd already placed an order online and paid for it and when I arrived to pick it up they told me that they can't make it because the Internet is not working so I had to figure out my refund with the manager. If, by some miracle, none of this happened, the employees often make quite a shoddy work with the sandwich. There was one time when I just got guacamole on the side so I had to put it in the sandwich myself. They often don't bother with condiments like black pepper unless you're there to tell them in person. Ingredients are often arranged in the sandwich in a very haphazard manner. I'm a very patient guy as you can see, but I've had enough with...
