It’s unfortunate this place has gone down hill and it hasn’t been around long. Your manager on duty (Luis I believe. Or is it Carlos? He gave us two different names) is too busy flirting with the female cashiers and being a little too handsy with them, thus he is unable to pay attention to his other workers. If he weren’t so interested in the young female cashiers, he would know the lady with the star neck tattoo didn’t bag the chicken that went with our kids meals. She looks inside the bags and shrugged her shoulders. She only gave us fries for the kids meals. Instead, he argued with us and called us liars and said he bagged them. Hate it for him because he did not. I watched the lady bag the kids meals and the rest of the order, and for someone being so busy up front the entire time our order was bagged, he must be a magician or have magical powers to show up in two different spots at once.

It’s ridiculous we had to split the two chicken sandwiches four ways just so the family could eat.

That’s not all, though. Not only did he call us liars, give us two different names, and act like he forgot his listening skills that day so he didn’t have to hear what the actual issue was, but when you say you’re going to go ahead and replace the order, you don’t then go, “What was wrong with the chicken? What was wrong? Huh? Why should I replace this if nothing is wrong?” it is extremely unprofessional and embarrassing. Why would you harass me, your customer, when it was your worker’s mistake that you failed to put the entirety of an order in the bags? Then argue with me? Say we are just looking for free food? Say you will replace it but say it is not your issue because nothing was wrong with the chicken parm and the other part of the order? No one said anything about the chicken parm. We just wanted the actual chicken tenders that went with the kids meals we ordered, not be robbed and then harassed because the manager cannot be bothered to actually manage the restaurant, but instead finds himself too busy flirting and being too handsy with his female cashiers who may or may not be in high schools still. Not to mention when you ask for the person who the regional manager is after one of the cashiers decided to “play manager” gives you a name and said SHE will help you (fyi, Shannon is a guy), and the manager on duty Luis/Carlos asks “You didn’t give them so and so’s name, did you?”

But I digress.

It is truly unfortunate. You call the person they give you but they said he would just talk to the manager on duty Luis/Carlos. Even he did not want to deal with it. But hey, I guess if you think it is worth losing a customer, might as well be unprofessional and sweep the issue under the rug.

I won’t be going back and I will NOT be recommending this place to anybody I know.
