This place has good potential but not quite there. The over all flavors are good nice selection of food but here's the not so good, I'm all about efficacy and getting orders out as soon as possible but when the over all quality takes a back seat it's not worth it, I'll start with the double dipping of the fried foods we got 2 chicken sandwiches fries and fried pickles and from order to food at our table was only about 4 minutes witch would be great except the chicken on the sandwiches weren't hot enough the first tell of having pre done up chicken then just dropping them in the fryer to reheat to slap them out, I cant stand food that's not hot, also the fried pickles were dripping with oil another victim of the double dip and not hot enough. The sauce bar is a great idea cause you can grab as much as you need however the girls working there reaching over me to grab more cups stopping me from what I'm doing to finish there to go order not cool. 1 other nasty thing to mention was potatoe bags next to soda fountain something spilled on it and looks like mold growing pic attached, They are Probably only really rocking 3 stars today but have potential for 5 & I'm not trying to hurt anyone's business

Ok, nitty gritty. Expensive as balls. Almost egregiously expensive. For myself to eat 4 chicken tenders, a regular fry, small (or regular drink) and 1 scoop cup of custard was $21.50 On to the not amazing front counter experience...I ordered a 4 piece tender. ($8.50 approximately) She asked if I wanted breaded or grilled. I asked if I could mix and match and she said yes. I continued with my order and paid before looking at the details on the receipt. I sat down and noticed I didn't get mix and match 4 tenders for $8.50. She rang me 2x 2 piece tenders @$4.99 each. I'm not one to make a stink, but I'll be damned if I ever pay $2.50 per chicken tender again in my life. The taste was good. Not amazing or anything. I'd go with Blackened Tenders combo fron Popeye's hand over fist. More food with comparable taste to the grilled, and Popeye's would cost half of what I paid. The fries at Super Chix were well worth it. The price was reasonable for the amount given for fresh cut fries. They also had a nice selection of sauces, which was good. Korean BBQ was good on everything I got. The custard was pretty ok. I wouldn't rush out to get it again. $3.20 for a small single cup. Cost of tenders I would give a 1 ⭐ Taste of tenders 4ish ⭐ Taste of fries and quantity 5 ⭐ Overall rating of 2 ⭐ , cost being the most decisive factor

Went yesterday 11/9/24 for the first time....it is a one and done for me! 18.00 for a chicken sandwich, fries and a drink! That is ridiculous, even for Farragut! Specially when the piece of chicken wasn't that big at all! I thought it didn't have much flavor and was soggy. They keep the bun attached on one side so they stick the piece of chicken out of the sandwich but then there is no chicken inside the sandwich! When you have to deceive your customers, what is that saying about you! If you look at my picture you can see the piece of chicken ends right after were the bun starts, the light is shining through. They fill you up with the amount of fries they give you, one of the industries most profitable menu items! I ordered fries with salt. We figured out quickly I received the sweet, if you like funnel cakes you will like them. Oh yeah, over 8.00 for 2 cups of custard. It would be okay if you actually got a cup of it....3 spoonfuls is all you get! Like everyone else said, employees are way overbearing!

The hubby and I stopped by for an early dinner. I decided to get the buffalo ranch. Which was perfectly sauced and still pretty easy to eat. Even though buffalo ranch anything can be messy. He got the the cheesy BBQ. We both got the chicken breaded (fried). And we shared a regular french fry. The chickens were fried to perfectly breaded and cooked all the way through. The sauces and condiments were just the right amount. And the buns did not fall apart and held up pretty well. My recommendations/tips: Get a regular fry to share. Plenty for two. Get the sweet mixed with the Cajun seasoning on the fries. Its perfection. Get just a Simple Fried or Grilled chicken sandwich. Add your veggies, or go just plain. Go to the "sauce bar" and get the different sauces and try them all. So you know what are YOUR flavor(s). Get a medium custard to share for two. Any flavor. You will NOT be disappointed and will not spend over $20.00 for two people.

This was our first time visiting, and I was genuinely impressed by the outstanding customer service. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, which made for a very pleasant and comfortable dining experience. Their kindness and helpfulness truly stood out and were very much appreciated. For our meal, I ordered the Nashville Hot Tenders, fried pickles, and loaded fries. The loaded fries were exceptional—flavorful, well-prepared, and definitely the highlight of the meal. The fried pickles were decent, with a nice crisp texture, though they didn’t stand out as much. The Nashville Hot Tenders, while generously portioned, didn’t quite suit my personal taste. The chicken was a bit thick and stringy, and the seasoning didn’t quite align with the style of Nashville hot I typically enjoy. That said, the overall experience was still very positive, and I’d be happy to return and explore more of the menu.
