The customer service at this location varies depending on the time of day. The morning staff is tolerable and friendly enough. The afternoon staff is robotic and have no sense of friendlyness Chic fil a is known for. The evening staff is attrocious. I understand the concept of having a student staff and growing these young adults into responsible and valuable employees. However the lack of management religates it to a social gathering. I frequent various locations several time weekly and this one by far is the worse. Several occassions at this location the young staff is gathered near thr drive through area socializing. So much to the point i have waited up to 5 minutes at the counter for someone to take my order while the workers are eyeing me waiting until they finish the topic at hand. I usually dismiss this and forgst it until.the next visit. This visit I chose the drive through. The line was long but i prefered to avoid the stress of interacting with the staff inside. Unfortunately this was a mistake as well. I now knkw rhe reason the lime is always long here. The same social club is gathered near the window and more unfriendly. Almoat as if its incinvenient for them.to do their jobs. Final note, the quality of food at this location has definitely gone down recently. The size of the chicken filet has dratically reduced. Almost as if they are using the breakfast biscuit filet for the chic fil a sandwich. Being so small and thin, they are dry to the point of jerky in some instances. The waffle fries are usually under cooked or seem to have been sitting some time after being over cooked. The saving grace of the entire combo 1 meal is the sweat tea. As for me, i usually visit this location because it is close to home. However I am tired of being disappointed and I will choose to drive a few miles extra to visit...
Read moreI’ve had issues in the past with this location having unprofessional service and burnt food, but today takes the cake. It may even sound like it’s not a big deal, but I’ve worked in customer service for years and I know it’s just straight up rude. Basically I always order my food before I get in the car since I refuse to be on my phone in the car. It’s 10:25 and I have a limited lunch break, only options on the app were to order breakfast which I found weird since it was supposed to end at 10:30, but I ordered as prompted anyways. It’s about a 15 min drive there. Order is processed, I get to the drive thru and they check me in, then I get to the lanes and the lady tells me they are out of breakfast. I told her I thought it was weird the app made me order breakfast and I asked her what she wanted me to do. She said whatever I wanted, cancel it or order something new. I ordered something new since I was already there and didn’t have a ton left time on my break. I pull up and the manager starts yelling something at me before he even gets to my car so I only heard half of what he said. I tell him what I want and he charges my card and tells me to pull up and wait for confirmation that I’ll get my refund for the first order. Dude is clearly stressed cause he’s yelling everything he’s saying and came back to my car like 3x. Once he confirmed it would take 2-3 business days for the refund I said that’s fine. Before I left he says quite condescendingly (at least by my perception), “For future reference, our breakfast ends at 10:30.” Seriously? This guy was blaming me for the app not allowing me to order lunch. FYI it’s bad customer service to blame your customer for something without even knowing what’s going on. Don’t take your stress out on your customers and act like they are stupid. Absolutely done with...
Read moreI’m very disappointed with my recent order at this particular store. I placed an online order for my co worker to pick up on his way into work for his birthday. Upon going into the store and asking for the order with my name and screen shot of the confirmation, the first guy said he didn’t have an online order, nor was there any order under my name anywhere in their system. Odd, since I had the confirmation for that address and had paid the $12. When my co worker asked again about it, the manager shrugged it off and didn’t seem to care. So, my co worker rushed to work without breakfast. 20 minutes later, the store calls me, and asks when I’m going to pick up my order as it’s been sitting there for 20 minutes (the order they apparently had no record of). I state we’re already at work and ask what they can do about it. They say they’ve already thrown it out since it was waiting so long, and I was given the number to call to ask for a refund. Over the last two weeks I’ve been between the store itself and corporate trying to get my money back. Finally today the “store manager” calls me back to say they won’t help me and to call corporate about any refunds I’d like. I call corporate again to hear them say I have to go through the store itself to get anything done. During my call with the manager, she turns proceeds to lie saying she told my co worker where my order was, and he left without it, trying to make it my fault so she doesn’t have to refund me. Still waiting to see if they’ll care enough to fix it. The store on parkside drive however was a much more enjoyable experience, and the people were so friendly and helpful. The Clinton hwy store has too many problems and I will be not be going...
