Super Mario's Pizza — Restaurant in Knoxville

I placed an order with this establishment at 12:17am, It is now 3:43am as I am writing this. The Manager of the store, Tiffany, and the cook that takes the orders, Fred, are wonderful people to deal with. Both were very professional, both were very curteous. The issues that I had, that knocked this from a five stare to a four star, was their new delivery driver. When I first placed my order this evening Fred had told me that the delivery would take about an hour and fifteen minutes. I was fine with that considering how late it was and knowing that they probably had other orders since this place stays open till about 2am in the morning. About two hours later, around 1:40am, I called into the store wondering where my food was. Fred very politely explained to me that they had hired a new delivery driver recently and that he had left with a few other orders besides mine, and that he would be to me soon but that they couldn't give an exact time to expect the driver. Being pleasant and understanding as I am, I said ok and we hung up. Thirty minutes later the driver had still not shown, and by now I was getting rather hungry, so I called in and asked what was going on. Fred explained that the driver had come back, refusing to take my order, but that he'd made the driver leave with the order to deliver it and that he should be to me rather soon. I said ok, hung up, and waited. At 3:05am I called in one final time, this time I spoke to Fred again, and he'd put his manager Tiffany on the phone so that I could explain everything to her after I was told that the delivery driver had flat out lied about coming to my home, or even trying to call me, stating that I had refused to take a delivery that was never brought to me to begin with. About ten minutes into the call, half of which was spent on hold, she came back and informed me that they would be completely replacing the order and bringing it directly to me. She arrived at 3:53am, about fifteen minutes after the call.

Both Fred and Tiffany are wonderful people to deal with, and to all those that decided to give this place a bad review....learn to be civil, learn to have patience, and above all don't cuss the staff that didn't have anything to do with the problem, it's not their fault that the delivery driver went awol. All in all I love this place, the food that Tiffany brought was excellent, I ordered the Armadillo Eggs, Steak Tips Supreme, and Tiramisu. My fiance got the Hawaiian Chicken Sandwich and New York Cheesecake, and my grandmother got the Cheese Sticks and Tiramisu. Everything was done perfectly, no mess-up in the order, and absolutely no reason for me to be mad at Tiffany or Fred either one. THANKS GUYS! Trying gubhub w/ the $12 off 1st order. This was the only restaurant available at 11:09 PM delivery was on time as posted w/in 60 min. Food was barely warm and sucked. mixed up my order w/some 1 else's probly because there was no receipt or address on the bags. I took a chance & called driver instead of restaurant &he brought me mine within 2 or 3 min. didnt get my nacho cheese. We traded food & he was rude about wanting the plastic grocery bag that they had stuffed the 1 takeout plate and burger box in. I told him i had tore it open because the handles had been tied and had tossed it. He was rude again & said I need the bag. So I gave him a store bag (cause who don't hoard them) but wondered why he need the bag back for something that could be carried unless to not have a spill but it was a chicken tender meal and mozz sicks nothing with sauce so my mind clicked that he is gonna deliver the mixed up food that i had opened and returned, which is against the law! I did ot touch the food but still by law it has to be thrown away& replaced. So I started to dig In. The spaghetti was over cooked. Marinara tasted like can diced tomatoes cooked with very little to no spice and it was very watery and bland. it said covered in parmesan but was covered with mozzarella guess they don't know the difference, meatballs a bit burned &sliced so why call them balls. They gave me bread sticks instead of garlic bread w/no garlic on them& very browned, hard & tasted old. I was afraid I'd break a tooth if I ate it. All that went in the Trash so there went 7 bucks and my lunch that I was saving it for. I also got the american burger it was passable a store bought type frozen patty. I ordered it well done. Fries where ok. I did like that the bun was steamed like a krystals the underside a bit gooey and the burger fat asorebed idk if they done it or it happened from being hot n a Styrofoam box with fries. Because it was barely warm when it got here. The cheesecake was the only thing I enjoyed. All store bought prepackaged stuff you could have cooked better right at home. I wouldn't have gave it a star at all if it was an option. Idk why they have a high rate on grub hub at 4 stars Many many complaints about wrong orders, not getting food that was ordered or at all, late delivery and no delivery cold food, rude & nasty looking staff. Really should have checked good ole Google first since I didn't know this place.

This app has krystals & taco bell so Idk why they had them as closed when there late late night stores. Should have not tried to save 12 bucks & ordered some gut bombs or butt bombs with uber eats that I know will beimf them to me in...

Ordered 2 pasta dishes and a cheesecake for my pregnant sister and myself. I waited 2 hours before the food came. When we finally started to dig in, we literally both found a long black hair in each of the dishes. Im a blonde and my sister is a redhead. So, no, it wasnt ours. I called to at least get a replacement and was dodged on the phone by 3 different people and was on hold for 15 minutes. By the time i finally talked to someone they said they would have to call me back in 15 mins. I, still calm and polite, agreed. After waiting for the call back for 30 minutes, I decided i would just call and get my money back. The woman who answered was extremely rude to me, and told me there was no way i could get my money back. Then proceeded to hang up on me. I decided to go down there. You dont play with people's money. So i show up, the woman ignores me for another 10 minutes while people are doing drugs in a car in the parking lot. She finally figures out who i am and stops ignoring me to come argue with me. When asked why i was hung up on she responded,"what was i supposed to do?". Uhm... Anyway, i finally told her i will wait for the driver who delivered my food so he can give me my money back. While waiting, there was a very sketchy man outside drinking a tall beer can. Turns out, he's an employee. I found this out when the rude woman told him to "go make a run". He responded with, "if i crash, its your fault!". I dont know what kind of business they think they are running, but i do not, DO NOT, recommend this "restaurant" to anyone. Save your money or go elsewhere, because the "convinience" will never be worth it. Verrrry disgusted...
