Extremely lacking in the area of customer service. I’ve repeatedly had bad experiences at this location and don’t know why I’ve continued to return. One of the many issues and most recent, happened today at 12:30 pm. The website states they’re open until 3:00 am. The only reason I checked the website first was because we’re experiencing inclement weather. When I arrived, the parking lot had several cars in it and I could see employees standing outside, talking and smoking. The surroundings gave me no indication the restaurant was anything other than open. I arrived at the restaurant and waited at the drive-thru speaker for 5 mins without a greeting. I finally said, “hello”. No one spoke. I then saw one of the employees outside and she yelled, “we’re closed”. There were two more cars in line behind me. I politely told the employee she should put a closed sign on the drive-through speaker because that would save time for all parties involved. The other employee standing outside yelled, “there’s a sign on the front door and on the drive-through window”. I tried to explain to him that the placement of those signs weren’t helpful if you were attempting to place an order at the speaker. He was very argumentative so I decided not to engage further. After that experience, I finally decided to leave this review. Then, I chose to drive further away to the Walbrook location because it’s far superior in customer service and food quality. Read morei can’t stand this establishment and after countless times of having horrible service i’m finally writing a review. i pay extra money for a side of sauce and you guys couldn’t even fill the cup halfway and this isn’t the first time either. i stopped asking for extra sauce on my quesadilla because everytime i do that, you don’t give it to me EVEN THO I PAY EXTRA FOR IT. either way i can’t get you guys to comprehend the order. on top of that, everytime i order a quesadilla, there’s always an issue. the last time 2 times, they couldn’t even cut it. this time there is literally no filling? one bite and it took out the little filling that was in there. it’s literally just 2 tortillas? like why do you guys think this is acceptable? quesadillas aren’t cheap and you buckle and dime for everything and when we pay extra for it, you guys act like it comes out of YOUR paycheck and you screw us everytime. on top of that, you guys almost forgot my drink and when i reminded the woman at the window she couldn’t even say one word to me. not even a “my bad” i didn’t even get a “hello” at the window. it’s like this everytime. lastly, you guys just throw the food in the bags. the cinnamon twists were all out of the bag, the crunch wrap sliders were out of the bag and one of the tacos was opened because the people here don’t know how to wrap so half the toppings were in the bottom of the bag. the workers are here are lazy and so stingy even when you pay extra. it’s...

First of all, Google said that this location was open until 5am. I placed an order at 2:54am for 4 boxes and a burrito . We waited in line and and as our driver drove away, I noted that we were missing two of the nacho grande boxes and the burrito. We circled the building and drove back up to the window and knocked. We told them we were missing food and her answer was, "I'm sorry, we're closed."
We were LITERALLY in the drive thru 30 seconds before that. She said she would give us our money back but we didn't want our money back, we wanted the food that we order not even three minutes before. However, this woman REFUSED to give us the food that we paid for and was sent back to the kitchen and was probably sitting on the counter and she just forgot to hand it to us. She did give us our money back, but we really just wanted our food that we had JUST ordered. Also, they only refunded us for ONE nacho box, even though we were supposed to have two and they rung in wrong.
And on top of all that, they didn't even ask us if we wanted any sauce.
Honestly, I wish I could say that this was unusual but unfortunately Taco Bell owes me somewhere in the neighborhood of 200 tacos because they ALWAYS leave SOMETHING out of my order no matter which location I'm at. Where is their commitment to service?
