THE NOLIA GRILLE — Restaurant in Knoxville

I do instacart in knoxville everyday for work. I left a bag at this places yesterday morning, a giant cooler bag that's $50 which is totally my fault. I called to ask if there was anyway I could swing by and grab it, owner told me to call her back. So I waited and then called back, another lady answered and I told her about leaving my bag, she said she wouldn't be in til 4, so I told her okay, is there anyway someone could find it because it really inhibits me from being able to do big deliveries and it was $50. She tells me she already looked for it. It's not there. So eventually im like okay. I'll just call instacart and see if there's anything they can do as far as helping with the cost. She says she'll take my number down if they find it. The owner calls me back a couple minutes later. Tells me its in their cooler, and she doesn't appreciate me threatening to call the cops. I literally didn't. So I'm trying to explain to her, I was saying I'd reach out to instacart, as she's screaming saying I can come pick it up tomorrow and to "bring that same energy cause she's going to beat my mother fing a$$." Poor customer service we were told they did not have mushrooms. They messed up my husband's food so we went back to get it fixed then the lady said I am sorry we charged you wrong let me get the mushrooms on a new burger for you.WHAT??? THEY had mushrooms all along. I had the steak hoagie it was a bit too salty. My SIL had a chicken rice bowel that was good. Please train employees to ask to make sure you really do not have a item that is on the menu be before telling customers incorrect information. Good food is nit as good when customer service is poor. I will go back one more time to see if...

We stopped by here today and OMG this place is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! Perfect service perfect food it is a DEFINITE place to eat! We ordered the wings, fries and philly cheese steak it was all cooked to order & ready in about 15 minutes. The woman who took our order was SUPER nice (wish I would've asked her name) she gave us the fried corn on the cob & two of their special made drinks for free because it was our first time trying out their food. We will DEFINITELY be back!!! Stop & try it out it is so worth it and (I'm super picky no complaints here at all) 5 stars all...
