Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Kokomo

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Spent $50 on pizza, wings, and breadsticks for my family and inlaws. For the wings to have hardly any sauce, gave us the wrong sauce for the breadsticks, that we were charged extra for, and one of the 4 pizzas had half of the toppings missing. Not only would they NOT fix the problem, but had the nerve to be rude to me when i called. Thats after they hung up on me when i called the first time, then put me on hold for almost 15 mins. Just to be told that it was my fault they messed up. Save yourself the hassle, and order from any other pizza hut in town. Better yet papa johns, even dominos would have fixed the situation, hell they could have came and got it all back if they didnt believe me. Ruined my families dinner. Never again thanks for nothing. The only reason they even get 1 star, is i had to give them atleast that in order to post this. Looks like they are in need of managers, who know what they are doing and arent rude to the people, who spend there hard earned money with them so they can have a paycheck. I never complain about a restaurant, even if they mess up my food, but the being rude and blaming my family because they messed up is...

Update: Don't order from the app. I got a pepperoni pizza and it came cheese. There's no way to verify previous orders via the app so you're at the mercy of pizza hut and what they say goes. Now I have plain cheese pizza, didn't get what I paid for. And why did they cut my pizza like an absolute monster

Don't eat in, the staff was rude didn't say anything, never got us any refills, and then sat and watched us put the tip amount to try and preasure us into giving a good tip after not doing anything but lower our mood, and bring out food and drinks and then dissappear for the rest of the meal. I had to eat three slices without a drink, she came by to give us the check, looked at our empty cups and walked away. There's another pizza hut and they're really nice, go there. The food was alrighty, wasn't a big fan but it was my first time trying the new York style pizza so...

When you call, you talk to a call center. Not the Pizza Hut location. The call center people will lie to you. Wanted to order a large bread stick But she said she couldn't pick that selection. I could order 2 original bread sticks but would have to pay the single order price for each one, which is more than the LG price. I replied that it's not my fault. I asked if she was at the store location,she replied no. Told her to transfer me to the store location. Once again I was referred to a call center employee. Went through the same thing with him. I was put on hold , he came back to the phone and stated they were out of breadsticks. I hung up because we love the breadsticks.
