Long line . Placed order , paid then was told to pull over and wait as my burger was being prepared. After a 15 min. wait the gentleman handed me my Bacon smoked burger. The ticket on the outside of the bag said " Double Bacon Smoked " just as I had ordered. As I was leaving the parking lot I put my hand in the bag. I felt 2 sandwiches. At first I thought I had been given a thank you tid bit for my long wait. I pulled over and looked inside. The small sandwich was labled " plain cheeseburger" and there was a Quarter Pounder. But no Double Bacon Smoked Burger. No doubt I had been given someone else's order. Some poor child still waiting for his " plain cheesburger". I pulled back into line for a 2nd time. I could not ho inside as it is closed for remodeling. I got to the speaker where orders are placed and I was told to pull up to the last window and I would be helped. Now mind you I had already waited through a long line AND 15 mins in the Drive Thru customer parking spot. I said well it will be awhile before I can get up to the last window. I was told , " Sorry." Now tell me , Why wasn't I asked to pull up to the Drive Thru customer parking area again so tgey could quickly bring me out the right order. Nope , I had to wait in line again. I finally got to the last window. The young lady said " You order the coffee ?" No I said , I was given the wrong order. I handed the bag to her and said " the ticket stapled to the bag is correct but the contents are not. She yanked the ticket off the bag without a word of apology. I said " Do you want the food back " and she grabbed the bag with a look of disgust on her face. Hopefully she was upset with someone working there and not with me but nonetheless her "bedside manner " was sorely lacking. I waited another 5 mins. while they got my burger together. To her credit the young lady was a little nicer when she handed me my correct order and did say " I am sorry about that".

Read moreI just left this location with a horrible experience, went through drive thru and set 3 min & no one taking my order so went to the first window and let the gentleman know no one answer to take my order so I ordered at the window 3 double cheeseburgers no pickle no mustard and 4 pc mccripsy strips, paid and went and sat in drive through for an extra 15 min. Finally got to 2nd window 4 mins later total of 19 min. My ordered was handed out I asked if the double cheeseburgers was made with out pickle & mustard the young man said u have to tell them when u order I told him I did I looked at cheeseburgers at window even showed him recipet it was not ring up right and ask if they can remake & the situation got ugly from there. The guy kept coming back several times asking what I wanted, I told him m several times and another guy came I told him as well. I gave them the recipet, some lady came to the window making accuses saying it's race day I said ok but I just want my food made right, she slammed the window brings back money and a receipt tht was not even mine. She said I was verbal abuse when I was only trying to get my food. I parked my husband went in trued to get the correct amount back and the grl ran to the back scared, there was so many other ppl in there mad as well for horrible service, my husband was asked to come back tomorrow which is ridiculous that we have to take time out of our day to make another trip to hope to get the correct amount of money back with the wrong receipt. Read moreIf I could give this place a zero, I swear I would. I ordered a simple decaf coffee. After waiting ten minutes in the drive thru line, and not even being offered a receipt (because I had definitely planned to do the survey) and told that it was too late and the lady couldn’t print one, I was finally given my coffee. I drove off and when I finally made it downtown, I sipped the coffee. It tasted like no cream or sugar had been added, which I requested, so I open the lid. And I wanted to vomit. There was dirty froth, coffee grounds, and coagulated who-knows-what in the coffee. This is their third strike and I will NEVER come back here. The last time I was in, I went inside to pick up lunch for my daughter. I had to wait 20 minutes for nuggets because all but one basket was dirty and the girl didn’t want to wash them. So I got half new nuggets and half old nuggets. And my fries were cold and stale by the time the nuggets were done. Management was running and didn’t even think to be courteous and put new, hot fries in the bag. And I didn’t even get the drinks that came with my meal.
