Absolutely the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. The staff here have always been terribly slow and unprofessional. (Cursing and playing around). I have dined in once, and gone to the drive thru twice. The dine in experience consisted of myself and one other person in the entire resturaunt at 545pm on a Friday night. I was asking myself why the parking lot was empty and nobody was there during peak hours?? The staff was busy telling stories on how much they can party and have fun, while cursing and acting extremely unprofessional. It took roughly 15 minutes to cook six hard shelled tacos and a Mexican pizza that evening.
The drive thru experience on both occasions were terrible!! The first instance was 4pm on a Wednesday. Again, parking lot empty and nobody in drive thru lane. I pull around and it takes them 20 minutes to compile a taco party pack. I sat at the window while they worked on my order and not one person apologized for the wait or the inconvenience. The second instance I figured I would give them one more chance to redeem themselves.
WRONG!!
I decided I will help speed the process up and order through the mobile app. I ordered a party pack, mexican pizza, and two burritos. After confirming the order, the app stated it would be ready in 15 min. I pull up to the location and I acknowledge the drive thru employee. I then explained I placed my order online and I was here to pick it up. She then stated that I need to wait just a few minutes while they finish up....
25 MINUTES later they finally produce my food order!! I was waiting at the drive through while the employees were out of view and in the back kitchen somewhere.. the time for this order was 630pm on a Tuesday. I was ready to leave after 10 minutes but I had already paid for the food and the workers were out of window view for that duration.
I hope this experience was just my own and nobody else has to witness this atrocious mess of a Taco Bell. I will travel 10 minutes further to ensure I don't get a repeat of this...
Read moreWent through the drive thru and ordered our food, drinks were the wrong size both were a small cup and we got a large freeze which is a medium regular sized cup and a large drink, we were missing more than half our order and the other half was split between two separate bags. One bag containing one regular taco and napkins, Come on you have to do better. We had made it all the way to discover this. Also I called the store which the guy apologized for the mistake and all I asked was that we receive the rest of the food we already paid for, he said no problem to come back in and he'd happily get it for us. When we got back to the store (second trip into town mind you just for this) other employees laughed and made quite a few comments and dirty looks to our faces and told us that we're crazy that they never mess any orders up but that they will give us TWO, yes not all the rest of our order but TWO of our missing items, dropped out receipt and didn't give us another one. When we did get the items they were still not made right and barely had anything in them, making it mostly shell. They also laughed at two other customers whose orders were messed up and told them to go somewhere else and saying the same types of things. As someone who has worked in the fast food industry I would have been appalled and ashamed at how these customers including us were treated. I have seen some of the best customer service and some of the worst, this definitely is one of the worst I've ever seen! The blatant disrespect and zero regard for restaurant integrity is beyond me. I'll go elsewhere with my business in the future. My advice?...

I rarely ever carry cash but yesterday I used a $100 bill.
I took my son to get lunch at Taco Bell on Markland Ave and the drive-thru employee said that he was able to break my $100 bill. He counted my change in front of me so I assumed it all was good. I then proceeded to fold up the cash, put it in my wallet and continue to grab my food.
Fast forward to this morning when I go to get some cash out of my wallet, I immediately felt the difference in the paper and after looking at it further it actually says "copy". I called the store manager this morning and he refused to switch it out.
The store manager also did not attempt to rectify the situation. He did not offer to take my name, the time I was there, he didnt offt to check video footage, never offered to check my receipt, or ask about the employee who took our order He did mentioned that he was worried about his job and that he didn't want to get fired and that I should file a police report. It was only a $20 bill so I'm not exactly worried about my money however the way the manager handled the situation was not professional and was of no help at all.
I'll never...
