Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Kokomo

I can in the store before 8 pm August 25 got 2 classic peps for my husband and I. I told them when I placed my order that the last few times I can in there has been almost no sauce on the pizzas and just to double check that there is sauce on it and I would even wait on it. The woman who took my order said ok will do and walked off .I took a seat and waited about 10 minutes and they handed me my pizzas I even asked there is sauce on this right she said yes I took her at her word because there was some guy getting his order at the pizza portal getting his pizza and someone at the front getting there order taken so I walked out and went home got home and there was little to so sauce on both of the pizzas again I work in fast soon and use to be a assistant so I understand that you guys might be getting on them about missing sauce but my pizza was so dry my dog choked on the pizza my husband who drinks soda slow his soda fast after the 1st pice and i choked on the 2ed bite I don't know what is going on there I have been eating little Caesars send it came sense I was a little girl and it was a $5 pizza. I ordered the classic cheese pizza. The dough was a little well doughy and floppy, it had way to much sauce on it which was probably why it was also doughy floppy. The crust on the end was crisp and crunchy though so it was strange. It was also really pourely cut. I had to recut it but to their defense it was 7pm roughly maybe a little after so it was the late dinner rush and 6 cars in the drive thru. I love little Cesar's first time at the kokomo one but I'd give them the benefit of a doubt every one has an off day EDIT: went back today 12/5/20 had an order for 1 50 pm ... gotta say highly disappointed and unsatisfied.. ordered a classic cheese and a deep dish pep... the classic was again not cut properly by any means parts of the pizza were SO thin it wasn't even a pizza.. part was doughy and soggy and there wasn't enough sauce on it this time at all. The deep dish was undercooked, doughy and chewy. The cheese portion was good and sauce portion on that was good but.. really.. this entire order was bogus. It made my mom nauseated and I could only eat a piece and a half. My kids only ate one and then we threw it all away... waste of...

Best Pizza for its price and ease of service.

Update, 04/23. Due to the drive thru card reader not working. I had the pleasure of parking and ordering a specialty pizza. It was beautiful outside and I walked to the dollar store while the ten minute order was being prepared. After returning, the cashier quickly realized her mistake. She had charged me for the wrong item. Then refused to allow me to pay for the correct pizza and gladly accept both. She promptly noticed her manager and fixed the situation by producing the pizza I wanted and giving me the mistake pizza as well. The professionalism and kind staff have figure out the correct formula for producing tasty pizzas and customer service flawlessly. I love the prices, the product and the convenience of this company. Such a nice change from $10 burgers and soggy combos. Thanks for knocking it out of the park today guys. Keep up the...
