6/09/24 Update: We've been back 3 times, and the pizza and service has been very good (Sticking to the Sawtooth, the garden veggie, the BBQ chicken, and the cheese pizzas and havent been disappointed). I decided that I would not order the Robbie again as it isn't a pizza that's right in any way. By staying away from the Robbie, we've found Idaho Pizza to be pretty decent pizza.
Original Review: The food and service was off this last Sunday. I ordered kinda early in the evening (~4:15pm). The order taker said it would be ready in 15-20 mins... In actuality, it was 35-40 mins. and we were forced to wait the additional 20mins. I understand that estimating a pick up time can be tricky, but double the time quoted is pretty bad resturant management.
We ordered some breadsticks, a sawtooth, a garden veggie, and a robbie pizza.
The breadsticks were undercooked and slightly doughy. The Sawtooth and veggie pizzas were good, but the robbie was pretty nasty... Italian seasoning heavily loaded on the tomatoes prior to cooking so the herbs were burnt, no fresh basil whatsoever, and so much olive oil as to make the pizza nearly unedible. This was flat out one of the worst pizzas I've ever gotten from a resturant... Chucky Cheese is better than that mess.
I'd say I'm never going back to this location. but since it's convenient, and I have $100 in gift cards, I'll use it at some point, but then it's Smokey Mountain for my future...

Was told it would be ready in 15-20 min, after 45 minutes waiting, I walked up to the pizza warmer because I was positive the two pizzas there were ours, and a worker ran up to the warmer and admitted they were our pizzas, after sitting in the warmer for 10 min. After the staff having very bad attitudes and taking twice as long as it should have, we left very upset. I called and asked to speak to the manager and was told that Danielle was the manager in charge so I spoke to her and told her what happen and her exact words after ignoring my problem with the staff, “Good luck getting me in trouble, my parents are the owners.” and laughed.. that’s more than abusing your power. An immature individual like Danielle should be flipping hamburgers, away from the public, versus having a customer service role. It is flat out wrong that she gets away with whatever because her parents are the owners. We were weekly customers. We will be taking our baseball team elsewhere and also will be making sure the community...
Read moreAlways love the food, and the atmosphere is usually comfortable, when it's not busy.. however this time , (yes, I know it's their job) they came every couple minutes to check on us, and to clear plates .. however maybe ask BEFORE they reach over the table? And maybe wait a little longer between circling, especially when it is slower and there's more than one person. Usually it's nice, but the last time was a bit much. One of the gals who came to offer to take the plate reached more than once when we told her we were ok for now. My husband had a plate he was using for the tips of crust or items he wasn't eating or dropped. She reached several times.. and said new needed new plates to go back, we told her we were ok, and was using it for scraps.. and we still had a couple clean plates. She was annoyed and it showed. We were trying to save someone a little unnecessary work.. To the owners, we will definitely be back!! . Everyone/business have off days.. besides, it's clean and they were still friendly.
