go to this place whenever I can, the place itself is very good. But I think it has certain aspects to improve. I recommend that people who enter without paying also wear bracelets or maybe an X on their hand. So that they can be identified and also be sure that they are not under 21. Unfortunately I had a bad experience, a lady asked my friend for her identification which was not a problem, it was the rude way she addressed her, she took her identification and when we asked what was happening she ignored us, when I tried to talk to her, she simply told me to lower my voice, because she was drunk and she was going to kick me out of the place, and I just want to say I can't drink I have a disease that prevents me from consuming alcohol, and when I approached the owner he only told me she is doing her job and she is my wife, he did not let me speak or even listen to what I was going to say and he was only going to give her the suggestions from the beginning, I know how difficult customer service is, but whenever someone approaches us we must listen, not everything is complaints. This club is super nice and it has a lot of amenities. The staff and owner are Great, Drinks are Great but what is far from great is the disorganization with the music and target audience for the night. It just seems like they’re trying to please everyone on the same night and it just doesn’t work. Although the club is called “Nocturno” if they want to play Country or English music that’s awesome but have a dedicated Country/English music night maybe on Friday and do Latin Nights on Saturday’s. People that go to Country or English night aren’t there to listen to Reggaeton or Spanish and Vice Versa and mixing to many genres and languages of music just doesn’t work. This club has A LOT of potential and I wanna see it succeed but the music situation needs to be planned out better because knowing what music to play and what audience you’re targeting that night is extremely important.
