I’ve been coming to Important since 07’ and I have NEVER EVER had an experience like I just had this evening..Sunday March 23rd around 5pm my family and I arrived excited to get out IMPORTS craving, my. In-laws were undecided so they took a few minutes to decide what they wanted but I knew what I wanted so decided to go ahead and order. I greeted her first saying Hi, how are you?” She replied with a smile looking irritated I was speaking to her so i asked if “is it was okay for us to order?” She only replied “yea.” As I start to order after LITERALLY every menu item I would like she would say “what else.” After I would say thank you she continued to not in-gauge.
While waiting they got busier and it was hard to see the counter for ready orders. After 45 mins I get up to ask if our order is close I see a bag on the counter with the receipt of my exact order and I asked the same girl with glasses “Has my order been called already?” She only said yea. I didn’t hear my order be shouted out at all by this point, I’m frustrated since I obviously offended her in order for her to be giving me attitude. Read moreCame in for lunch today with my brother and was pretty excited to try this place. Ordered a sandwich which was good, and also ordered a pizza which was a little greasy, but pretty ok I guess.
The service, however, was really bad. The woman who took our order is clearly lacking customer service training or just doesn’t want to be, and shouldn’t be, in the service industry. I hate when you order something and the response is “anything else?” Yes, in addition to the sandwich we would also like to order a large pizza. “Anything else?” yes, and I’d like to order a drink, “anything else.?” Jesus!! How about what else can I get for you or how about you make a recommendation! After waiting outside for 20mins I walked in and asked about the pizza and she pointed to it on the counter. I asked why she didn’t come bring it to us or let us know it was ready and her response was she yelled a few times. What!? We were literally sitting right outside and she could have even knocked on the window at the very least. SMH

Read moreAfter reading a recent review I’d like to bring some justice to the cashier I witness her getting yelled at by a customer over zucchini sticks 07/13 it was ridiculous. Customer wanted their zucchini sticks before their main dish and as the cashier explained to them that she did in fact let the cooks know. She explained that it took the same amount of time to fry the zucchini sticks and for their entire order to be finished. As they continued to question her and clearly made her uncomfortable. I was in a rush to pick up my order to head to my sons birthday but because this special customer was to busy bickering with the poor girl was holding up the line. I’m glad she posted her side of the story but there was nothing the cashier could’ve done she let them know and she wasn’t making the order. I come in very frequently for pizza it’s delicious and they never lack in quality. But to have read a negative review after this woman praises she only has positive reviews made me scoff.
