Your eyes scan the bar in a bit of boredom during a rare night out with the "man in your life" (as that's the best you can call him at this point). The conversations have turn stilted and awkward, and you'd rather just focus on other things at this point. You lock in on a guy in the back corner and squint to get a better look. "There's a rare stud in LG," you think to yourself as your lips slightly purse. Unfortunately your non-stud caught your lock-on and proceeds with his steely gaze in the same area. He doesn't say anything, but you know he won't let that one go. Once you two get in the car, he'll probably yell at you about some minor thing you screwed up on days ago. Nevermind that he probably gawks at other women out on his own, but it's obviously OK for him! The controlling behavior is worrying, and it becomes clearer by the day why he acted so quickly to tie you down. The guy didn't need a wife; he needed to be the owner of a dog. The food comes out and it's just by-the-book pub food that was likely frozen or in a can. The service is alright. Like most bars, some care about their job a little more than others. The food is awesome. It is one of the best bar foods that I have in a long time coming from out of state. Mozzarella sticks are crispy good.
Drink: Rum punch is extremely dangerous drink. Can't really tell if there's any alcohol in it or not but really good.

Friendly service upon self seating and in time for Happy Hour (3-6 M-F). Beer selection is nice, local beers offered. Well drinks during Happy Hour are $3.
